Отель находится в хорошем месте, близко к центру, ресторанам, с 4 этажа (номер 402) красивый вид из окна/маленького балкончика, тепло в санузле, комнате и коридорах, очень хороший завтрак на 4 этаже с потрясающим видом из окна. Персонал очень дружелюбный.
В нашем номере 4 этаж не ловил интернет вообще, так же как и в комнате для завтраков и терассе на крыше. Пришлось спускаться на ресепшн чтоб выйти в интернет.
Напор воды в душе просто минимальный.
В санузле запах канализации средней силы. Были в 7 разных отелях в грузии за время нашего путешествия, в каких то был сильнее запах, в каких то слабее или вообще не было в двух. Но нам очень помог мужчина с ресепшн, он налил доместос и запаза стало реально меньше.
И расположение унитаза. Фото прилагается, по моему все понятно. На него даже ребенок не смоджет сесть как положено.
Но в общем отель оставляет положительное впечатление.

Umfangreiches Buffet-Frühstück, top Lage, super nettes Personal, wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Selbst bei Regen total schön drinnen zu sitzen.
Fantastic location, cozy rooms, nice views on the mountains and most importantly super friendly welcoming staff, especially Nikoloz - he really went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable, gave lots of good tips and overall was a very nice person!

Niko was the greatest host ever. We were only guests at hotel and they served us a copious breakfast with a view. Gave us great recommendations for lunch, as their restaurant was going to open in May only.

The view from the terrace is very good.
The soundproofing is terrible between different floors and between the hallway and the bedroom; it was possible to hear someone whispering in the hallway with the bedroom door closed.
They accept groups and mix them among the rooms of regular guests. There was a group of young adults who behaved as if there was no one else in the hotel, having parties with loud music and shouting right above our room, hanging smelly socks and boots in the hallway between the rooms, running and banging on each other's doors at any time of night, all without any warning, without any control from the hotel management.
The internet is slow and disconnects and shuts down very frequently.
The breakfast had some food that wasn't very fresh, clearly leftovers from the previous day.
The bathroom was very large, with plenty of space available, however they managed to put the toilet exactly in a corner between the wall and the shower area, where there isn't even room to sit properly...
The best manager, helpful, kind, helped, advised, was 100% always available when we needed something
