Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to submit an official complaint regarding our stay at Hotel TIBY in Modena, booked through Booking.com under confirmation number 6929252360.

I was travelling with my wife and our three children. Unfortunately, shortly after checking in, we discovered that the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable.

One of the rooms had a wall extensively affected by mould, while the toilet in the second room was not functioning properly. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell in the hotel, which made the overall situation even more uncomfortable, especially considering that we were travelling with three children.

Due to these conditions, we decided to leave the hotel within approximately one hour after check-in and had to find alternative accommodation for our family at short notice.

Considering the condition of the rooms and the fact that we were unable to use the accommodation, I kindly request that Hotel TIBY and Booking.com review this case and propose an appropriate solution and compensation, preferably a refund for the accommodation that we could not reasonably use.

I can also provide photographs documenting the mould and the condition of the rooms.

I would appreciate your prompt response and a fair resolution of this complaint.

Pros:

Os quartos são muito bons, higiene, qualidade/preço supreendeu.

Cons:

O peq.almoço pode melhorar apesar que não podemos queixar pelo preço/noite.
A localização realmente não é a melhor, mas tivemos estacionamento na rua e não tivemos problema.

Außer für die Lage und den Preis kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen...

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind vor allem was das Bad angeht weder optisch noch hygienisch in akzeptablem Zustand. Beim Frühstück war schlechte, bereits grau gefärbte Wurst angerichtet und das Geschirr war entweder nicht vorhanden oder bereits verschmutzt.

Buona posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro. Camera economy con bagno datato, ma pulito. Personale gentile e cortese.
