Pros:

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro. Molti parcheggi a disposizione. Buona la colazione.

Gott sei Dank nur für eine Nacht.

Die Lage war Prima, ca 7 Minuten zum Modena Hauptplatz. Schöne Aussicht aus den oberen Stockwerken wenn man ein Balkon Zimmer hat. Riesengroßes Fürhstücksbuffet da ist sicher etwas für jeden dabei. Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr nett mit gutem Englisch. schöne Lobby.

Cons:

Mir wurde das falsche Zimmer gegeben, auf Nachfrage bekam ich dann das gebuchte, jedoch wurde klar übermittelt, dass ihnen das jetzt nicht ganz Recht war. Keinerlei Entschuldigung sondern nur genervtes Schlüssel tauschen, wobei die selbe Person beim Check-In sehr nett war. Ernüchternd war der Zimmer Zustand. WC-Brille am zerfallen, Kein Türschloss im Bad, Dusche schimmlig. Keine Möbel am Balkon war für mich persönlich jedoch am Fragwürdigsten. Wofür extra ein Zimmer mit Balkon buchen (als z.B: Raucher) wenn man sich dann nicht hinsitzen kann. Also weder Sessel, Tisch noch Aschenbecher. Doppelbett bestand aus Zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, eine Nachttischlampe war defekt, die Steckdose nur halb intakt. Kein Tresor ist bei dem Preis zwar okay allerdings habe ich den trotzdem vermisst. Ein Polster war dreckig!! Also ja es ist billig und hat keine 5 Sterne aber grundlegende Hygiene wär fantastisch.

Hotel ligt dichtbij Modena centrum. Parkeren dichtbij hotel. Wel aan openbare weg. Alles heel schoon, prima kamers en zeer uitge⁹breid ontbijt.

AirCondition remotely controlled by receptionist. They changed setting at their own will, even during the night when I was sleeping. You are not allowed to set the temperature from the room control pannel.

Un soggiorno piacevole.
Pros:

Camere di dimensioni generose, bagno strutturalmente poco funzionale (finestra nella doccia) ma passabile. Frigo bar, bollitore, the, caffè, acqua e salatini sicuramente ben accetti. Colazione super generosa e per tutti i gusti. Grande parcheggio gratuito davanti all'entrata.

Cons:

La porta d'ingresso scatta e si apre da sola con delle sollecitazioni, odore stantìo e persistente di fumo all'interno della stanza.

Das Hotel ist ca. 20min vom Zentrum entfernt, dafür ist es sehr ruhig.
Zimmer nicht zu gross aber soweit i. O.

Cons:

Das Frühstückangebot ist sehr gut. Leider ist der Frühstückbetrieb sehr schlecht. Tische sind nicht im Minimum mit Besteck und Servietten gedeckt. Die Auslage der Esswaren ist nicht aufgeräumt. Fehlende Esswaren werden nicht nachgefüllt. Das Personal macht einen unzufriedenen Eindruck.
