I had a disappointing experience during my one-night stay at S Chalet Hotel, Multan. As a Booking.com Genius member, I was offered a complimentary room upgrade to a larger room with an extra-large bed. However, the hotel failed to provide the upgrade.
The receptionist appeared inexperienced and, when we showed him our booking confirmation, he claimed that the reservation was for one person, even though it clearly stated 2 adults. We ended up being given a room with a queen-size bed instead of the upgraded accommodation we were promised.
To make matters worse, the towels provided were extremely dirty. Thankfully, we had brought our own towels. On top of everything, the air conditioning stopped working at around 4 AM, making the stay even more uncomfortable.
For the prices this hotel charges, I expected a much better standard of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. The management seriously needs to look into staff training, room maintenance, and basic hygiene standards. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

The check-in (Front-desk) for asking to provide birth certificates for my children. in future when i book S. Chalet i will carry all documents, NOC, Passports, School ID's and whatever i can carry and find to show the front-desk lady that the children belonged to me. Supposedly according to the front-desk lady that it was for their security. New rule, all global hotels now should ask for family DNA test as well. if not S. Chalet will. this is for Multan only though

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent and very convenient, especially because it is close to the airport, which made my journey much easier. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always accommodating, making the entire stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again.

Everything here is absolutely perfect. Food was delicious! Free breakfast buffet, room also has a mini bar with selection of drinks and snacks.
Went above and beyond. I received complimentary tea my entire stay, room service 24/7 kitchen closes at 12am though.
