The staff was very rude, the matress and pillows were very dirty its not evwn washed. !and very foul.smell.was coming feom the beds, also initially they didnt tell us about the extra charges later they charged extra for bed after raking full advance also they charge membership fees extra

It was nice.
Pros:

Excellent location. Room was very clean and easily accessible.

Cons:

There were hair in two plates: inside the omelette and on the bread toast. The stuff did not bother about that when complaint about it.

Highly recommended.

Cons:

Premium double bed room online shows with balcony. But, they provided room without balcony.

Simple and basic hotel with great food and very nice staff
Pros:

Simple and clean accommodation in a fantastic place in South Mumbai. Food (breakfast and dinner)) is included and amazing. Mostly vegetarian.

Cons:

It’s very basic and some items and facilities were outdated and need to be replaced
