Completely endorse this stay as more than 5 stars with respect to fab value
Pros:

Excellent value for money - the half board was a great surprise to me - the dinner cuisine was absolutely great - the chef needs to be complimented

Cons:

The TV in my room had only one channel - assistance with luggage during check in and out would be appreciated

Cons:

Nothing really but suggest bed side lamp for night reading which I recommend to ALL good hotels.

Pros:

Nothing except for one or two of the workers which were nice

Cons:

This was by far the worst place we stayed during our trip.

The room felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. There was dangerous black mold covering the ceiling and bathroom, the shower had freezing cold water with almost no water pressure, and the overall cleanliness was shocking.

We arrived very early in the morning, yet despite that, the staff refused to let us have dinner on our last night. Drinking water was left standing out with just one shared cup for everyone. Breakfast was extremely poor.

Because our flight was delayed, we had no choice but to stay in the lounge. Even though guests are allowed to use it until 11:00 PM, the staff kept asking us every few minutes when we were leaving and even cleared away our cups while we were still there. It was monsoon season, we were freezing, and there weren't even blankets available. There was no kindness, no care, and no willingness to help.

A dirty, neglected, and very disappointing place. I would not recommend it to anyone.
