Pros:

Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

I had a decent stay overall, with some positives as well as areas that could be improved.

The food was tasty, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is also convenient, with shops and other essentials within walking distance.

However, I faced a few issues during my stay. There was a noticeable bad smell in the room, so I requested a room change, but unfortunately, the same issue was present in the second room as well. The towels also did not seem properly cleaned; they appeared to have been folded and kept without being fresh.

I was also staying with a baby, and I found the milk pricing and quantity quite disappointing. A 250 ml bottle cost around ₹330 including GST for a single serving. The quantity provided in a small flask was not sufficient, and even when I requested a little extra, I was charged for another full bottle. Considering the buffet itself costs around ₹300 per person, being charged ₹330 for just 250 ml of milk felt quite expensive.

Overall, the stay was okay, and the food, staff behaviour, and convenient location were positives. However, room cleanliness, smell, and the pricing/availability of milk for families travelling with babies are areas I feel the hotel could improve.

Reasonable stay with great staff and good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good. Staff were good and very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms did not have an AC. Munnar does not get very cold nowadays and so this is a necessity. With no AC, it is a must that the windows should have mosquito netting for proper and much needed ventilation. The bathroom door was really dirty.

الريوق مب محطوط فالطاول لازم تطلبون و بالغرف ما شي تكيف يعني بترقدون بالمراوح و ليت كل شوي ينطف صراحه لازم يعدلون من ناحيه ريوق و يعدلون مكان

كذلك يتميز الفندق بموقع رايع لوقوعه في وسط مدينة مونار

Cons:

كان فيه إزعاج شديد نتيجة لصيانة
احد المباني القريبة من الفندق في منتصف الليل
