Pros:

The hospitality from the staff. The room is clean. Location wise is very strategic; near to Indomaret and Alfa Mart and also have a very nice massage place

Affordable and cool place to chill and rest with your huge family.
Pros:

Super huge apartment. 3 big bedrooms for 7 pax, and a huge outdoor balcony to relax. And the swimming pool is just deside the apartment.

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed to due some renovations.

Never ever stay Here!!!
Pros:

Nothing. Worst hotel I stay in batam.

Cons:

Was given a room which I can't switch on the TV & the room was dirty upon check-in & not to mention the roaches in the bathroom.

Change to a different room and it got worst till I have to check out and booked a different hotel. Room was next to the renovation site and it's was fiberglass dusty that you can't even lay on the bed without scratching oneself. I left the hotel with a bad rashes on my neck, back & both arms.

Will never recommend this hotel ever.

its ok to stay there but not to stay all day in the room
Pros:

The room was tidy but quite small room compare with the old room before renovation.

Cons:

The shower water pressure is too low, and the drain is clogged. A lot of small baby cockroach around here and there.

Please remind us for the return of deposit, we are leaving and the rupiah 200000 forgot to get back.
Pros:

We are walking to the Nagoya Foodcourt for breakfast & dinner, the hotel's distance from Nagoya Foodcourt is acceptable. Bathroom shower head is great & toilet cleaning hose is great.

Cons:

Please improve the hair dryer's functions with fast hot air mode; currently only a cold air mode is available. When using hot mode will automatic shut down.
