Lovely welcome & service, great location for transport & exploring Bangor.
Pros:

Very warm welcome. Excellent breakfasts, beautifully presented, locally-sourced ingredients & produce. Very comfortable & well-equipped bedrooms. Very close to the station, handy for catching our bus to the Owen Valley.

Cons:

The exterior looked rather tired, not helped by the building works at an adjacent property. The initial impression was not great but the actuality, once inside, more than made up for this. It was a shame that the restaurant had closed for evening meals but these were easily obtainable nearby, within a short walk.

Location unbeatable, Sandra is amazing friendly

這裏走到Bangor車站只要2分鐘，如果你想去爬Snowdon mountain，走到公車S2也只要2分鐘。老闆娘Sandra非常友善、熱情、還努力地幫我查登山路徑的資料和公車時間、另外也特地提早幫我準備早餐（傳統Wales早餐、好吃）。房價溫馨簡單，但是是木頭老建築改建的，很復古有味道。推薦給所有來到Bangor 旅遊的遊客！

t takes only 2 minutes to walk to Bangor Station from here. If you're planning to hike Mount Snowdon, the S2 bus stop is also just a 2-minute walk away. Sandra, the host, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to help me check hiking routes and bus schedules, and even specially prepared breakfast early for me (a delicious, traditional Welsh breakfast!). The room was cozy and simple, set in a beautifully converted historic wooden building with a charming, vintage vibe. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Bangor!"

Would very happily stay here again, asking for a lower level room and not on main road.
Pros:

The breakfasts were amazing, beautifully set out to our individual choices. Plenty of good quality food, well presented. Not rushed, served by the most friendly host.
Communication immediately before arrival was excellent, we were welcomed so well when just dropping cases off. Welcome when actually signing in was so friendly and throughout stay nothing was too much trouble for these hosts. We only met Sandra, and her father briefly, but she was amazing. Host of the year!
The room was very spacious, beds comfortable and all extremely clean.

Cons:

We never thought to request a low floor and were up very many stairs. Our room was on quite a busy road so there was a lot of traffic noise. (Our stay was during heat wave so we had all windows open, no idea what noise level would have been normally).

Amazing family-run hotel with everything you need for a stay.
Pros:

Sandra was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were on a cycle trip so we didn't have an exact arrival time but she was in contact all day and had a lockable garage for us to store our bikes in. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and shower was great.

Cons:

Sadly we didn't get to try the restaurant because it isn't open at the moment - but I would love to go back. There was a car making a lot of noise driving up and down the road outside into the early hours but not much the hotel can do about that.

Pros:

Sandra the hotel manager was very helpful and welcoming, our room was exceptionally clean and fresh with a very welcome on suite shower. The beds were very comfortable. We were provided with a safe place to park our motorcycles.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bar/ restaurant was closed whilst we were there

De service was uitstekend. Door host (Sandra) was erg vriendelijk en deed alles om ons te helpen.

Cons:

Bij een van de bedden was het matras wat ingezakt en lag hierdoor iets minder comfortabel.

Very close to Bangor Station, Ideal for commuters who want to explore the trails around Bangor. Yr Wyddfa is also 1-2 buse rides away using the S2/S1 bus route.
