Pros:

All OK. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel offers several extras like outside terrace, spa area. Breakfast was OK, adequate choince of food and drinks, tasty.
Friendly Staff. Walkable distance to the city center.
Parking available, off the street, but 30-40 m away.

Cons:

Lack of Air condition im the room. It was a bit hot - but A/C was not announced in the offer, so OK, our choice.
No personel on place upon arrival, need to make phone inquiry to check-in

It was ok, but next time when I look for hotel in Bansko I’ll be more picky about the comments of the food
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, private parking. The room was big enough and clean.

Cons:

Obiekt oferuje świetne warunki zakwaterowania. Pokoje są czyste i zaopatrzone w konieczny sprzęt. Łóżka wygodne. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko centrum,ale w spokojnej ulicy. Najbardziej przypadły nam do gustu przepyszne śniadania i przemiła pani obsługująca bufet. Polecamy wszystkim!

Не климатизирана ! Този факт е недопустим.за бутиков хотел! Много малка стая, удрях се в ъглите на спалнята от тясното пространство между гардероба и спалнята. Няма сешоар, няма комарник.
