Pros:

Obiekt oferuje świetne warunki zakwaterowania. Pokoje są czyste i zaopatrzone w konieczny sprzęt. Łóżka wygodne. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko centrum,ale w spokojnej ulicy. Najbardziej przypadły nam do gustu przepyszne śniadania i przemiła pani obsługująca bufet. Polecamy wszystkim!

Служителите бяха много мили, много е близо до центъра. Цена / качество беше ОК.

Cons:

Няма климатик - беше доста топло, стаята не беше особено чиста, банята беше доста тясна и малка.

Не климатизирана ! Този факт е недопустим.за бутиков хотел! Много малка стая, удрях се в ъглите на спалнята от тясното пространство между гардероба и спалнята. Няма сешоар, няма комарник.

Probablemente el mejor hotel de Bansko
Pros:

Simplemente excelente! Se nota nada más entrar. El hotel está muy bien cuidado, está limpísimo, huele bien, funciona absolutamente todo. El patio en el primer piso y la terraza en el segundo son una maravilla. Equipadas con sofás, mesitas, balancín de jardín. El desayuno cuenta con una gran variedad de riquísima comida, zumos, café, té etc. Está a 15 minutos andando desde la estación de tren, y otros tanto desde el principal teleférico. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y cuidadas. Las camas cómodas. La recepcionista Violeta, habla perfectamente castellano, y es súper simpática. Nos ha ayudado con todo lo que hemos preguntado. El Hotel está muy cerca del centro, y de varios restaurantes. Si alguna vez vuelva a Bansko, este sería mi hotel.

Buscaba alguna pega, pero no la he encontrado.

Pros:

Este prima oară când întâlnim o asemenea cazare unde nu te întâmpină nimeni nici la venire,nici la plecare,doar niște mesaje din partea proprietății.
Nu este recepție,am intrat conform mesajelor primite ,ne-am cazat singuri, am fost întâmpinați de un bibelou câine cu o tavă cu bomboane in gură, o atmosferă întunecată,pustiu, am găsit cheia in ușa, la ultimul etaj,nu au lift.Camera curată, un pic aglomerată de mobilă, lenjerie curată, prosoapele nu aveau culoarea albă, ar trebui înlocuite.În cameră există o cană ptr ceai si un expresor ptr cafea cu produsele aferente.
Apa caldă a ajuns greu ,după ce am lăsat să curgă ceva timp ,dușul ceva antic ,efectiv este pus acolo,pe perete, se udă toată baia ,neavând cabină sau perdea ptr baie.Este un miros închis peste tot,semiîntuneric pe unde mergi..Străzile pustii seara,este extrasezon, am găsit un restaurant deschis ,într-o grădină frumoasă, unde am mâncat, mâncare gustoasă.
Am constatat la micul dejun ,servit in aceiași atmosferă ,că nu eram singuri, mai erau câteva persoane, dar nu am sesizat prezența lor,seara ,nu mișca nimic in locație.🤔La plecare am lăsat cheia în ușa și am plecat cum am venit.

Locația este situată pe colț,stradă îngustă, fără loc de parcare, acesta este mai sus într-o curte,maxim 6 mașini, se închide cu două porți.Au fost mașinile în siguranță. Nu poți opri mașina la locație, trebuie să aduci lucrurile din parcare,deoarece vecinii care locuiau acolo,ai ieșit să ne zică să mergem acolo ,că ei parchează la poartă. Nu știam unde este parcarea, nu este indicată,niște copii ne-au îndrumat.
