Pros:

Расположение отличное. Старый город. Рядом море. Нет "каменных джунглей" в виде высоток и шумных улиц.
Да, отель не предоставляет завтраки. Но есть полностью оборудованная современная кухня, которой все могут пользоваться. С другими людьми мы почти не пересекались и все это было удобно.
В отеле есть лифт, тоже плюс за это.
И вид с крыши красивый!
На рецепшене предлагается вода в свободном доступе.

Nie dotyczy. Lokalizacja była super!, Przestronny pokój.

Cons:

Komunikacja z personelem była trochę ograniczona ze względu na małą znajomość języka angielskiego. Brak klimatyzacji w części wspólnej na pierwszym piętrze. Strasznie gorąco i duszno.

I’d consider coming back to this place next time too.
Pros:

I think it’s a relatively good option for a short stay in Batumi, since 1) location is perfect, not far from all main attractions and close to the sea; 2) safe surroundings with good Turkish cafes around the corner serving free çay and baklava; 3) rooms are okay with clean and spacious shower cabins (no problems with hot water supply).

Cons:

The hotel looks a bit tired and old, but totally fine if you’re on a low budget.
