The staff are so unfriendly and looking at you like you owe them money and you can never repay. They made us wait at the check in, we were unable to check in on time 14:00, we had to check in by 16:00. The room is very small, there is no mirror in the room, there also wasn’t any clothes dryer.
The room needs renovation. The toilet seat is broken, and every time you sit down, it just falls down. We told them about clothes dryer and we only got by the end of second day, and we got it from another guest. They didn’t repair the broken toilet seat. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional all the time. We asked for one hour or half any hour late checkout, but they made us leave hotel 12:00 the earliest, while they didn’t apologize for the late check-in process and wasted our time .

They are incompetent , unprofessional and unfriendly, I would not suggest anyone this hotel.
The look at you with sour faces all the time so if you don’t want to ruin your stay , please get away from this hotel. It’s very old. I would never come back here.

Очень дружелюбное и гостеприимное отношение, на нашу просьбу не отказали и помогли. Номер был просторный, кровать и подушки удобные, ванная комната чистая. Мы останавливались без ночёвки к сожалению, но все понравилось. Расположение отеля прям хорошее.

- Chambre annonce disponible pour 14h, arrrive à 15h30, on nous demande de revenir à 16h30 car le ménage est en court.
- Pas de drap housse, juste un drap posé sur le matelas, qui ne couvre pas tout le lit.
- Couette non mise dans la housse de couette.
- Propreté qui laisse à désirer.
-Pas de geste commercial malgres le retard.

Pros:

очень удачное расположение. Прямо в Старом Батуми. Все достопримечательности рядом. Большой номер, больше, чем обычно в гостиницах такого класса. Очень приятно отдыхать в комнате с большой площадью. Плотные окна закрывали уличный (вечерняя музыка) шум.
Рядом (20 минут на автобусе) рыбный рынок с мгновенной готовкой свежих морепродуктов на гриле.
Персонал все подсказал и направил в нужную сторону гулять по городу. Спасибо!

الموقع أكثر من رائع قريب من البحر و المعالم السياحية على بعد خطوات .. قريب من المسجد و تسمع صوت الآذان من الغرفة
بجانبه الكثير من المطاعم الحلال
إطلالة الغرفة رائعة على البرج و مبنى جميل يضاء بالليل .. امام الفندق بقالة ..

Pros:

The workers support us very well, they were friendly so much. Thanks to Mr. Misha and Luka. The location is perfect.

Cons:

There is no voice isolation on the wall. We listen the next room all night. The toilet and bed were dirty.
