Pros:

The restaurant is good, and the staff is awesome.

Beautiful location, but our overall experience was mixed.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property with stunning surroundings. The view from our seaside cottage was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant served good food. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Zane, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Our stay was somewhat underwhelming overall. The shower had several issues - it appeared to leak, resulting in poor water pressure, and the shower door didn’t seal properly, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor every time we used it. To make matters worse, when we checked in, there was a dead cockroach on the shower floor surrounded by ants, which was very off-putting and raised concerns about cleanliness.

Pros:

beautiful grounds, big clean rooms, comfortable bed, restaurant on property, like manageress (Heather) and most of the front office staff + Steve (chef)

Cons:

Noisy at night, unreliable wifi service., no lifeguards even though property is on the beach with access to the ocean, small saltwater pool

The pool area was lovely kept well gardens well kept tidy and rooms clean

Cons:

Breakfast was hit or miss depending on staff and chef pricing high for what you got as service charge and tax added on after

Pros:

I loved the property, nice & quiet especially if you just want to relax and unwind. The room was beautiful loved the swing on the balcony. The food at the restaurant was very good & filling. Loved that the pool was open 24 hrs!

Cons:

All the remotes in my room weren't working, had to be exchanging the batteries.

Pros:

Ricardo at the bar and Billy at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating as usual. Big shout out to Alison in the restaurant as well.
The pool was clean and inviting as usual.

Cons:

Mosquitoes were out in full force at night but nothing a little repellant couldn’t fix.
