Pros:

La posizione vicina a diverse fermate dei mezzi pubblici e in una zona con diversi localie. Ottime anche le dimensioni della stanza.

Cons:

Struttura totalmente da rinnovare. Una moquette totalmente vecchia sui pavimenti che attrae polvere. Assenza di aria condizionata (colpa mia non averlo letto prima). Si è sofferto il caldo. Personale per nulla accogliente.

Gutes Hotel in super zentraler Lage zum vernünftigen Preis
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage zwischen Ku‘damm und Kantstraße, trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhiges, schönes Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis,
Nette Frühstückscaffees gleich nebenan / gegenüber

Cons:

Trotz Ankündigen, dass wir mit Hund reisen wurde der Preis dafür erst bei Anreise mitgeteilt und war mit 20€ für eine Nacht unverhältnismäßig teuer

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett gemütlich.
