Nice area, good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very nice area in Berlin. Yes, it is a bit of a travel to the city center, but this is something I chose for. The room (31) was very nice, facing the street, which is much nicer than the inner courtyard. The bathroom was good, the shower worked great and I had good nights of sleep. There are shops, restaurants and bakeries in the direct environment and the area around the hotel is very nice for walks. Public transport is also nearby, and it will take around 30 minutes to the Central Station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The communication prior to arrival was very good. I received all information needed, including key codes for the entrance and room, a few hours before check-in via the communication channel on the Booking.com platform. Price/quality ration was very good, especially given the fact that the German Cup Final was held this weekend and most hotels in Berlin were far more expensive.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no fridge, or coffee maker in the hotel. The number of hangers for jackets or shirts was 4, which is not much. The reception desk closes early and therefore you cannot use the elevator during reception closure. On our day of arrival, reception closed at 16:30 and you can use stairs only.

"Klein, aber fein!"
Pros:

Das Hotel lag zentral im geplanten Ausgeh-/Abendbereich inmitten der Altstadt von Köpenick.
Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was bei üblichen Reisen erwartet wird!

Wir waren absolut zufrieden.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, wir durften schon weit vor der Check in-Zeit in die Zimmer, das war super.Die Betten waren gemütlich und es war sehr ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Zimmer nicht ganz sauber. Staub im Bad und Flecken an der Wand. Frühstück für 15€ p.P. Ok aber auch nichts außergewöhnliches.
