IBIS ist eben IBIS
Pros:

Gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Okay für einfache Übernachtung.

Cons:

IBIS ist IBIS. Raum sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Keine Kofferablage. Keine Bar im Haus, muss man 2 Häuser weiter gehen. Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen.

It was terrible

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.

The staff member name is Anna we dealt with was extremely rude and showed no willingness to help. We asked if some food for our young child could be stored in a refrigerator for a few hours. This simple request was refused. We even offered to pay for the service, but the staff still refused. We then asked for ice so that we could keep the food safe in our room, and that request was also denied.

Before check-in, Dikşah I clearly explained that we were traveling with a small child and did not want a room with bunk beds because of safety concerns. Despite this, we were assigned a bunk-bed room anyway, showing a complete disregard for our request and our child’s safety.

The room itself was poorly equipped and uncomfortable. There were missing pillows and bedding, the air conditioning did not work, and there was no minibar, kettle, or any way to keep food or drinks cool. When we raised these issues, no effort was made to resolve them.

What was most disappointing was the attitude of the staff. Instead of trying to assist guests, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and consistently rude. We felt completely ignored throughout our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to families or to anyone expecting even a basic level of customer service and hospitality.

Pros:

Es mi hotel favorito en Berlín: es familiar, ideal para parejas o si viajas por trabajo. Cómodo, delicioso el desayuno y gran variedad, el personal es súper amable y está cerca de todos los puntos de interés.

Cons:

Una de las trabajadoras de la cocina de pelo corto me gritó porque no puse la bandeja de la manera que ella me indicaba, me hablaba en alemán y yo no le entendí sin embargo siguió hostigandome y haciéndome sentir ignorante.

Gute Lage, U-bahn in der Nähe, Lidl gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Es gab keine Möglichkeit das Auto anzustellen und da wir ein VW Bus haben sind wir auch nicht in den Lidl Parkplatz rein gekommen. Haben aber dann trotzdem ein Parkplatz ein paar Strassen weiter gefunden.

Me parece un buen lugar para alojarse en cuanto al precio. El desayuno estuvo bueno y la ubicación es excelente!

Zentrale Lage und guter Preise bei 1-2 kleinen Qualitätsproblemen, die jedoch verschmerzbar waren.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer mit Kinderbett war interessant gestaltet als Hochbett und hat unserem Kind sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut, für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Alles in allem ein komplikationsloses Hotel mit günstigen Preisen bei einfachen, aber durchaus guten Bedingungen.

Cons:

Der Aufzug funktionierte ein mal gar nicht. Die Temperatur im Frühstücksraum konnte anscheinend nicht klimatisch geregelt werden, d.h. bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur waren es keine angenehmen Frühstückstemperaturen leider ...
