Pros:

Zimmer ist okay. Personal freundlich. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war um 9 Uhr praktisch leer gegessen, d.h. kein Brot, kein Rühr- oder Spiegelei, kein Käse, keine Tomaten und Gurken, .... auf Nachfrage wurde zögerlich ein Teil neu hingestellt. Definitiv inakzeptabel.

ottima esperienza nel parco!
Pros:

Ottimo hotel. Eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è centrale, vicina allo splendido parco cittadino e al fiume Una. La colazione è abbondante. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Moquette al pavimento non ottimale, ma sono fornite ciabattine nella stanza.

Lokacija v centru. Izjemno prijazno osebje, še posebej osebje v hotelskem baru/terasi in gosp9d na parkirišču. Nizka cena, parkirno mesto pred hotelom.
Bližina parka, centra in lokalov ob reki.
Cena primerna kategorizaciji, tej pa primerna opremljenost sob. Čiste sobe, hotelska restavracija in terasa.

Cons:

Premehko ležišče v enoposteljni sobi - potrebna zamenjava vzmetnice v dveh od štirih najetih sob.
Daljinca za Tv v sobi nisem našel.

Lokacija top!

Cons:

Na dan dolaska javljaju nam telefonom da su greskom nase sobe izdane na jedno noćenje.
Nude nam 4 jednokrevetne sobe, docekaju nas tri (za nas četvoro).
Dorucak je ok, ako dodete odmah u 7 kad ima hrane , slabo ili nikako se hrana nadopunjuje.
Jedino pozitivno je sto nakon raznoraznih peripetija oko smjestaja u sobe nisu naplatili smjestaj uz ispriku.

Die Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel die mangelhafte Hygiene im Zimmer auf, was den Aufenthalt von Anfang an sehr unangenehm machte. Gebucht wurde ein Doppelzimmer, stattdessen erhielten wir zwei extrem kleine Einzelzimmer – ohne jegliche vorherige Information oder Erklärung.
Zusätzlich war die Lärmbelastung durch laute Musik erheblich und störte die Nachtruhe massiv. Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend, mit kaum Auswahl und qualitativ unzureichend. Besonders problematisch war, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, Beschwerden vor Ort angemessen zu äußern oder Hilfe zu erhalten. Trotz Buchung mit Kreditkarte musste die Zahlung im Hotel erneut erfolgen, was nicht transparent kommuniziert wurde. Auch das WLAN war nur im Bereich der Rezeption verfügbar und nicht im Zimmer nutzbar.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Una buona scelta a Biach
Pros:

La posizione, il parcheggio, la colazione, la cortesia del personale sia quello della reception che quello del ristorante

Cons:

La struttura è un po' carente di manutenzione e il livello di pulizia è migliorabile.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Schöne Lage, ruhig. Ich habe sogar ein Upgrade bekommen.

Cons:

Am Ende der Frühstückszeit (ich bin Langschläfer) war das Frühstücks- Buffet schon ziemlich abgeräumt. Auch ein Schild "please don't disturb" für das Reinigungspersonal hätte ich gut gefunden.
