Bella struttura!
Pros:

Ottima struttura: personale e proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Le stanze ordinate, confortevoli e pulite. Al 4.piano dalla terrazza si gode della bellissima vista mare. La colazione è varia con prodotti di qualità e una buona scelta dal dolce al salato. Nel prezzo è compreso ombrellone e sdraio praticamente a due passi. Ottima la posizione anche per arrivare in zona centro. Consiglio in tutto e per tutto. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

Einfaches aber sehr sauberes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Besitzern.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Keine 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, und keine 10 Minuten zum historischen Zentrum. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gasse wo es nicht so laut wie in Zentrumsnähe (außer die Müllabfuhr kommt um 5 Uhr). Gut fanden wir auch, dass die Liegen und der Sonnenschirm gratis waren und wir nur 2 Minuten dort hin brauchten. Fahrräder konnte man sich auch gratis leihen. Das Zimmer war einfach aber sauber, zudem hatten wir im dritten Stock Blick aufs Meer. Der Balkon war sehr groß und mit Tisch und 2 Sesseln ausgestattet.
Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr sauber, besonders die Dusche.
Die Besitzer des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, hier besonders die Junior-Chefin.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas einfach gehalten. Der Kaffe vom Automaten - naja. Man konnte sich aber Espresso oder Cappuccino ohne Aufpreis bestellen, dieser war in Ordnung.
Die Säfte vom Automaten waren sehr übersüßt.

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Tolle Matratzen, man schläft hervorragend, Zimmer sehr sauber, Lift vorhanden. Schirm und 2 Liegen bzw. PPL auf der Straße waren inkludiert, für 10 Euro am Tag könnte man auch das Parkhaus benutzen. Die Terrasse im 4. Stock bietet einen tollen Ausblick, Altstadt in 3 Min Fußweg erreichbar.

Cons:

Keine Insektengitter sprich man kann nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen bzw. lüften, man muss die Klima benutzen. Ganz dünne Plastikbecher im Bad, Inhalt kippt dann ständig um. Keine Minibar.

würde es nicht weiterempfehlen und selbst auch nicht mehr Buchen nach diesen Urlaub.

frühstück war in Ordnung und reichlich, Strand nähe,

W - Lan war vorhanden aber im 1 Stock nur 1 -2 Striche also nicht Brauchbar habe mein eigenes verwendet, Auto stand im Parkhaus am letzten Tag habe ich erfahren das es Kostenpflichtig ist, WC war in der Dusche montiert bei jeden Duschvorgang war das WC natürlich nass, hat man die Duschwand geschlossen war die WC Anlage mit dabei, bei offenen Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen da um 5 Uhr morgen der Küchenlärm los ging mit lauter Kommunikation des Küchenpersonal und scheppern mit Tassen und Häferln, die Zimmer haben Holztüren mit einfachen Schlössern die beim Benutzen sehr laut waren, Ruhe vor Mitternacht war nicht zu denken wegen der Türen und den Schlösser dazu noch laute Unterhaltung am Gang.
