Pros:

Excellent location, easy to get to from Metro, lots food options and supermarket not far, nice rooms, good size, very clean, pleasant staff. Breakfast is ok.

Cons:

Booked a double but given a twin share with the beds pushed together, not very comfortable.
Street can be noisy in the evening (small bars nearby) with people talking on the street, and bin collection early in the morning. Lower floor seems to get it more, Ive stayed on the upper floor previously and didn't notice it.
Note no minibar/fridge in room or tea/coffee facilities.

Super séjour à l’hôtel !
Pros:

J’ai passé un très bon séjour. Venant pour un examen j’ai demandé à réserver une chambre au calme et j’ai pu bénéficier d’une chambre sur cour donc sans aucun bruit de la rue, merci beaucoup ! Le lit était très confortable et le personnel très arrangeant car j’ai pu laisser mon sac toute la journée à l’accueil après avoir quitté la chambre le matin!

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu vétustes au niveau de la décoration et un des murs contenait une grosse fissure. De plus j’ai eu du mal à fermer ma fenêtre (mais ai fini par y arriver avec un peu d’huile de coude). Cependant rien qui ne m’a empêché de passer une très bonne nuit

Pros:

It was worth the prize since location was really close to lourve. Everyone was really nice to us and even we can peacefully drop our suitcases in the last day. There is really good shopping stores around the neighborhood and the neighborhood felt safe.

Only we can say negative side is it is not close to Eiffel with walking
