Tolerable for a short stay only for sleeping
Pros:

- relatively cheap for Paris
- literally 20 meters from metro station, another one around 8min walk
- quiet outside
- shops, fast food etc. nearby
- fan and shower gel

Cons:

- fire alarm was on THE WHOLE NIGHT, everyday, somebody was turning it off around 7am
- black mold on the whole roof in the bathroom, also on the walls
- we got 2 towels, one was dirty and small (not a shower towel)
- a lot of dust, some sticky liquid spilled on the table, needed to clean it up myself
- TV not working (dead batteries in the pilot)
- plugs with electrical wires sticking out from the wall, dangerous
- one bedside lamp was not working, also the mirror lamp in the toilet
- generally the room looks smaller than on the photos, not spacious
- even though the check-out is at 11am, the cleaning lady came to our room at 10am, she went out but still it’s a weird situation

La camera non è per 4 persone, asciugamani assenti chiesti e ci hanno dati sporchi, cucina non attrezzature, 3 piano senza ascensore non informato io viaggiavo con una persona di 80 anni.

A very unpleasant experience with poor service and unacceptable room conditions
Cons:

I booked this hotel because the check-in time was at 1:00 PM. I had a concert to attend in the afternoon, and since I had travelled from another city, I needed to get to the hotel quickly, get ready, and leave on time.

When I arrived, the hotel staff treated us very poorly. With rude behavior and unfriendly looks, they told us to wait until 2:15 PM for the person in charge to arrive. After a lot of trouble and a long delay, they finally gave us the room.

The room was nothing like the photos shown on their Booking page. It was extremely dirty, with old and stained blankets, bed sheets, and towels. The overall condition was so poor that I felt uncomfortable the entire time and was worried about hygiene issues.

I was truly dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. The poor cleanliness and especially the rude attitude of the staff made my stay very unpleasant. I am really disappointed with the way we were treated.

Not good at all. The area is stinky, the staff flirts and are not helpful at all.
Cons:

There were no elevators, the person from the staff Mr. Mourad at the reception was not polite and didn’t know how to handle clients. We had to multiple times request for basic services. The fan wasn’t provided either until we begged for it.

Même en fermant les fenêtres, le bruit était horrible (métro à côté, voitures, place très très animée toute la nuit).
Une odeur désagréable dans la chambre (salle de bain en manque de ventilation peut-être). Une paroi de douche cassée.
