Breakfast isn’t served but we were given a lovely little breakfast hamper on checking in and milk, orange juice and yoghurt in the fridge.
Very comfortable enormous bed in room 1.
The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Everything was explained by a staff member who also helped carry our bags upstairs (thank you again!). Very good location and a good selection of drinks.
We were suprised that the breakfast was just a cool bag, however this worked out better for our plans. The room was very hot and there was no way to turn off the towel heater.
Very little. Bed okay, bathroom clean
I've emailed details. Noisy, very poor breakfast, scruffy room.
Lovely room 6
Road noise extra £25 for dog 1 night
Comfortable, clean room in a friendly and welcoming pub. Convenient position in easy access of the train station and the quay. Bottles of water are provided along with a little fridge packed with orange juice and yogurt
A little noisy with deliveries early in the morning but excellent earplugs are provided!
The reception and response to and request was prompt and exceptional.
The bed was too quicky
Although the room was small, it had all the things you need and very tastefully decorated
The outside noise was quite loud although ear plugs are a brilliant inclusion in the room. The shower temperature gauge didn’t seem to have a middle ground on the high setting. It went from freezing to boiling and those were the only options
Cosy and friendly
Lack of parking and a little bit noisy if in a street facing bedroom. However this is made clear, ear plugs are provided. Not a big problem. This was my 3rd time staying at Seven Stars so this was expected.
Clean, secure, well located to public transport. Breakfast was adequate, left in the room in a lunch box bag.
Very compact room. Not early enough room to eat the breakfast, so it is eaten on the bed. The pub meals were not very good (especially the Caesar salad with chicken, do not recommend), the small plates dishes were good. Others lacked vegetables. There are no other dining options. Although there is a chinese and Indian close by they are takeaway only.
Room was very comfortable and clean, fridge well stocked, and a good supply of tea and coffee
Parking was a bit of a problem but turned out OK once we had located an overnight car park
Breakfast was a bonus in an insulated bag with a mini fridge and milk provided. The bed was comfortable. We were shown to our room.
On arrival the room key apparently was the master key as the staff member used it to successfully unlock the wrong room door initially! There was no air con so the sash window had to remain open. Unfortunately we were woken at 2.30am by extremely noisy drunk person remonstrating with a taxi driver. I'm sure it's usually a quiet area at night, but the room was directly over the pub and overlooking the street.
It was clean and centrally located
The water in the shower was intermittent, but stopped regularly meaning we had to rinse off hair in the sink. We told the management and asked for a partial refund but despite several follow up calls this has not been forthcoming.
