Honest, comfy lovely pub rooms.
Pros:

They had thought of everything. Lovely staff, comfy room, great location, lovely touches in the room (little continental, earplugs, milk and juice in the fridge) genuinely lovely. Most of all it was honest from the start. It’s a bunch of rooms above a pub and I think they have done everything they can to make the stay as great as can be. Rooms were cosy but very well appointed and maintained. All staff we interacted with were great. And Penryn is pretty magical too!

Cons:

It can’t be helped this but, Penryn is on a hill, it’s not so much I didn’t like it, and there nothing that the seven stars could have done for this but, if you have mobility issues you have to factor the location in.

We had a lovely stay and would come back
Pros:

Loved its location , bedrooms were nicely fitted out

Cons:

Was very hot and stuffy ( it was the hottest day of the year so far ) and the window only opened a tiny bit .

Pros:

The room was very cosy. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the room. Could have done with more coffee for the cafetiere though. Staff provide earbuds to help with the noise. It wasn't the pub that was noisy, but the seagulls that woke me up!

Cons:

The room was very warm which may be an issue in the summer months with no air-con. Our first floor room was not suitable for someone with mobility issues, the stairs up are quite tight.

Typisches Pub mit kleinem Zimmer
Pros:

Stylish room in old pub, great set up
Pros:

The property was central in town and the room was spotless, nicely furnished in a modern, tasteful style. The selection of drinks was great and the lunch bag breakfast was sweet. I really appreciate it them for making sure we had oat milk instead of dairy.

Cons:

Nothing

Decent place to stay in Penryn
Pros:

Location was great, right near the bus stops to Falmouth. Room was comfortable and bed was great.

Cons:

Towels were not changed and were folded on the towel rail.... this meant they stayed wet.
Breakfast was continental, but there was not table to eat at or prepare the cereal.

Expensive Noise stinks nice room without proper breakfast
Pros:

Location in old town centre and great fish and chips opposite
Room looks nice and modern but only looks 🫣
Friendly stuff

Cons:

Breakfast it’s a scam !!! For this money 💴 we expected proper breakfast but you’ll get …..
Dry food will waiting for you in the bags plus orange juice and yogurt 🫣 so if you book a room and think you will have hot morning breakfast like bacon and eggs 🥴 forget about that.
Our room no1 above the pub very very noise till midnight so if you sensitive avoid.
Shower not working properly really hot 🔥 water or freeze 🥶 nothing between definitely need a new electric shower.
