Fantastic freshly renovated hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, freshly renovated, lovely accommodating staff and very nice food, nothing was too much trouble would deffinetley stay again!

Pleasent stay, good-ish value for money
Pros:

Room was clean, spacious and pleasent, lots of wardrobe space, lovely balcony area, free wifi

Cons:

Bathroom was grim, quite dirty and very smelly, like sour cabbage. I think the drains needed cleaning.
Not much water pressure.

Palacial Room
Pros:

The room was newly decorated and having a balcony overlooking the main road was a bonus.

Cons:

There were no sample toiletries for use by the guests.The nearest store was 1.7km away from the Hotel but there was s restaurant on site.

Reasonably comfortable, beds comfy
Pros:

The hotel is very clean

Cons:

There was a window blind missing and our windows had the outside stairs next to them, had to put a towel over the bottom of the window for some privacy. Although the bathroom was clean the drains are very smelly. There was no kettle in the room I bought 1 and left it there on leaving.

Pros:

The staff was nice

Cons:

The location, the broken door, no curtains on the windows that was facing the stairs that allows every passer by to look into the room. In one drawer there were old rotten food items from at least a week ago.

It was described in booking as if the room had a balcony, which it didn't. The guy there told me the balcony is the one on the floor.
Misleading advertising.

Fantastic house went out of their way to make us feel at home!
Pros:

Hosts went out of their way to make us welcome. They even cooked us dinner even after it was clear the kitchen was closed. We booked last minute late and they were so incredibly hospitable offering us coffee as soon as we arrived chatting with us despite our being unable to speak Bulgarian, they were very patient with the Google translate Charming house charming location. There are balconies in most of the rooms it seems and we regret that could only stay one night!
