免費機場接送, 晚抵達的班機來說十分便利

Cons:

可能不是季節, 所以基本只有提供被套, 沒有棉被. 棉被是我從櫃子中找出, 1:00am自己鋪的, 三千多塊一晚的價格, 不可思議.

Cons:

Otelin havuzunu kullanmak için girdiğimde, üzerimde bikini yerine haşema olduğu gerekçesiyle iki görevli tarafından havuzdan çıkarıldım. Çıkmadığım takdirde güvenlik çağrılarak zorla çıkarılacağım şeklinde tehdit edildim.
Yaşadığım durumun nedenini anlamaya çalıştığım sırada, havuz kullanımında haşema ile ilgili herhangi bir yazılı kural, uyarı veya bilgilendirme bulunmadığını belirttim. Buna rağmen otelin genel müdürü tarafından oldukça kaba bir tavırla karşılaştım; kendisinden “bir daha gelmeyin, çıkın gidin” şeklinde ifadeler duydum.
Sonuç olarak şehir merkezine transfer istedim ve kabul etmediler o şekilde otobüsle tekrar yarım saatlik yola merkeze döndük başka 5 yıldızlı bir otelde konakladık. Paramızı iade aldık.
Tüm inançlara ve yaşam tarzlarına saygı gösterilen, ayrımcılığın olmadığı bir yerde konaklamak istiyorsanız, maalesef bu otelin o yer olmadığını düşünüyorum.

When I entered the hotel pool, I was asked to leave by two staff members because I was wearing a hijab-friendly swimsuit (burkini) instead of a bikini. I was told that if I did not leave, security would be called and I would be forcibly removed from the pool.

While trying to understand the reason for this treatment, I explained that there was no written rule, warning, or information stating that this type of swimwear was prohibited in the pool. Despite this, I was treated in a very rude and disrespectful manner by the hotel’s general manager, who told me to “never come back” and to “leave.”

As a result, we requested a transfer to the city centre, but our request was refused. We therefore had to take a bus back to the city, which took another 30 minutes, and stayed at another five-star hotel instead. We received a full refund for our stay.

**If you are looking for a place where all beliefs and lifestyles are respected and discrimination is not tolerated, unfortunately, I do not believe this is the hotel for you.**

Pros:

The hotel is ideally located close to the airport. They have a wonderful restaurant with amazing food. The free shuttle to the airport is very convenient

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto, perfecta para los huéspedes que llegan en vuelos nocturnos o de madrugada. Cuenta con servicio de traslado incluido entre el aeropuerto y el establecimiento. El desayuno al aire libre es una experiencia maravillosa.

Cons:

El sistema de control del aire acondicionado en la habitación resulta confuso; no pudimos descifrar cómo apagarlo de forma sencilla.
