Pros:

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal fiume, dal lago e dal centro città
Lo staff molto gentile
Struttura pulita ed accogliente
La reception presidiata h24

Cons:

La colazione era troppo povera e con pochissime alternative.
C'erano solo proposte salate, mancava completamente qualsiasi tipo di dolce.

La spa non è una spa, ci sono solo una sauna e una sala del sale.

Camera nel complesso andava bene

Cons:

La colazione pessima, ho scelto l’hotel anche per la colazione offerta, sono arrivato e al buffet e non c’era nulla, solo un menù alla carta (non avrei dovuto pagare sovrapprezzi) con pochissima offerta praticamente tutta salata.

A decent stay, but service and facilities need improvement to match the rating.
Pros:

Convenient location and spacious room.

Cons:

The heater in the room requires filter cleaning, as indicated on the panel. The alarm for the entire flat rang every time we opened the room door. There was no TV remote control provided, even though cable channels were available. The staff seemed disengaged. Breakfast had variety, but the overall standard could be improved. The experience did not feel up to a 4-star hotel standard.
