Worse Experience Ever.
Pros:

The price on booking.com was not actually the real price, it was 50percent more higher than the original price. They are dodgy and can't even give you a receipt. Worse experience EVER. NOT RECOMMENDED

Cons:

Items like water, biscuits, alcohol etc was stored in the rooms and I was i accused of stolen their items in my room so I could pay for what I didn't ate. The staff was so RUDE AND ARROGANT.

Je krijgt totaal een ander kamer die niet op de foto staat.

Kamer viel tegen airco valt elke keer uit elke keer moet je naar beneden om te vragen de airco aan te zetten want zelf kon je niet en het was 22 a 25 graden kinderen die niet goed konden slapen door de warmte tv die niet doet ramen kapot of dicht gespijkerd. Zwembad water erg koud kon je niet zwemmen en moest ook betalen tevens stond in de faciliteiten gratis. Ontbijt geen variatie elke dag hetzelfde. Van buitenkant ziet hotel mooi uit van binnenkant helaas teleurgesteld.

Spa. Pool ungeheizt, Fliesenboden steht unter Wasser, das Gäste ausrutschen und stürzen. Das Personal vergnügt sich lieber am Handy, anstatt den rutschigen Boden zu trocknen.

Criminal attitude
Pros:

Everything was bad and nothing to Like, the price on a booking.com was 60% higher when you get there.

Cons:

The was drinks like alcohol, wine water juice and snacks all over the room and mini fridge and the receptionist told the cleaner to open most of the items so I can pay for them, I was accused and was told to pay for them. Which I did. Worse experience ever and not recommended to anyone.

I don’t like anything about the Property staff is very rude

When I’ve came to Check and I’ve offered them all the money in Local currency your pound my price is £279 and when I went there they’re asking me almost €400 if I have to pay on the card and say if you need to pay pound, we have to charge you 318. It’s kind of scam and whenever I ask anything they are asking more money we asked for iron. They are asking money we are about to use the swimming pool, they’re asking money thank God the toilet is free in that hotel.

Punaises de lit, hygiène déplorable, aucune prise en charge sérieuse et un « all inclusive » qui n’en est pas réellement

Rien. Notre séjour a été une expérience extrêmement mauvaise du début à la fin.

Nous déconseillons FORTEMENT cet hôtel. Nous avons vécu une expérience absolument inadmissible.


Nous avons découvert des punaises de lit dans notre chambre en pleine nuit, vers 2 heures du matin. Malgré cette découverte, l’hôtel ne nous a proposé aucune solution ni aucune chambre alternative. Nous avons dû insister et supplier pour pouvoir être relogés.

La seule réponse qui nous a été donnée lorsque nous avons signalé la présence des punaises a été, je cite : « La femme de ménage passera demain matin. »

Nous avons donc dû quitter précipitamment la chambre et l’hôtel le lendemain matin. Le plus choquant est qu’après notre départ, aucune désinsectisation ni désinfection sérieuse n’a été effectuée. Une simple femme de ménage est venue refaire le lit, puis la chambre a été remise en service. Autrement dit, une chambre dans laquelle des punaises de lit avaient été découvertes a été simplement nettoyée et proposée à nouveau à d’autres clients.

L’état général de l’hôtel était par ailleurs très sale et déplorable, avec notamment des mauvaises odeurs liées aux travaux et à la peinture fraîche. La chambre et les prestations étaient très loin de ce qui était présenté lors de la réservation.

La chambre ne disposait même pas de télévision fonctionnelle ni de téléphone permettant de joindre la réception et suite à un problème de connexion cela est comme ça dans tout l’hôtel, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement hôtelier.

La chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos de la réservation. L’établissement était sale, avec de fortes odeurs de peinture fraîche dues aux travaux en cours. Les couloirs étaient encombrés de matériel de chantier, de pots de peinture laissés à la vue de tous, de chaussures de service et de divers équipements, donnant une impression générale de désordre et de manque total de professionnalisme.

La formule « all inclusive » est également extrêmement trompeuse. Il n’y a qu’une seule boisson par personne et par repas.
