I booked the stay and paid it months in advance. In the arrival day, we received a phone call that our two rooms are not availible because they had to make space for a basketball team. When confronted, we were told to be proud because a team from our country was staying there and we were offered a "studio" room for 4 people discounted to the original price we had. Eventually we agreed to the offer. However it was not said that this "studio" is not in the main building and the studio was really for 3 persons. When we pointed this out, we were told to either accept the offer or go look for other hotel. In the same breath and arrogant tone they wished us good luck since all the hotels were full.
