Expensive, but it is worth with all the things included
Pros:

Big rooms with everything you need, included private spa with reservation, included breakfast, free minibar and late checkout. Live music at the restaurant.

Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Helvecija 1880 in Vršac for three days and booked a room for our family. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful small historic building, which gives it a very pleasant atmosphere.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was quite good and served in a beautiful restaurant.

There are a couple of things worth noting. Before arrival, it is a good idea to check whether any loud events are planned at the hotel, as weddings and other celebrations can take place there. Also, the spa is private, which is nice, but it means you need to book it in advance.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for a short family trip to Vršac.

Нас встретили как добрых друзей, быстро реагировали на все запросы, во всем шли навстречу. Просторный номер с роскошным видом. Приятнейший комплимент. Приватная сауна, чистый бассейн.

Разочарование
Pros:

Отель с отличным свежим ремонтом, в стоимость посещения включено посещение спа зоны. Номер делюкс прекрасный и очень просторный, комфортная кровать и подушки.

Cons:

Заселение после 15, выезд в 10 - то есть всего 19 часов, к тому же в 15 вас вряд ли заселят, нам пришлось ждать.
Плохое обслуживание. Я заранее написала во сколько мы прибудем в отель, но на входе нас не встретили. Мы стояли около 15 минут, звонили по номерам отеля, чтобы заселиться. В холле в это время были работники, но они нас игнорировали и курили. Холл в целом используется работниками как курилка.
В номере был только один халат, неполный набор полотенец и только одно одеяло. Да, оно двуспальное, но в других отелях всегда есть второе одеяло в гардеробе. Тут я его не нашла, не минус, но все же странно. Также жаль, что не было полочек в душе, это очень неудобно.
На нашем прекрасном балконе был только один стул, второй сломанный. Без комментариев. Нас либо не ждали, либо не были рады.
Завтрак очень скудный и невкусный, я не понимаю почему это в отзывах отмечен великолепный завтрак. Самый обычный завтрак даже без тостов или каких-то вариантов.
Я отдельно отметила в бронировании, что у моего спутника день рождения и мы приехали праздновать в отель. Это не было отмечено совершено. Для дешевых апартаментов это нормально, но для якобы лучшего отеля города это ужас. Не было ни комплимента, ни просто поздравления.
С самого начала с таким холодным приемом мы решили не ужинать в отеле и отлично провели время в другом месте, вряд ли мы сюда когда-нибудь вернемся и посоветуем это место кому-то для комфортного путешествия. Это просто ночлег
