Best views in all of Switzerland!
Pros:

This has to be the best location in all of the Alps! The views from my room were unbelievable… I could spend all day watching the clouds and fog move through the valley. The hotel was quiet, cozy, and exactly what you’d expect in a car free alpine village. *10/10* I have already rebooked for next summer!

Clean room with nice views from the balcony. The staff could be more helpful.

Great and quiet location, with the view of mountains and the valley from my hotel room with a balcony. The room is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Traditional hotel with incredible views.
Pros:

It is located at the far end of town, a short walk up from the train station. The views from our room and the restaurant were simply amazing. The rooms were traditional but comfortable and we had a lovely balcony looking out over the town to the mountains and along the Lauterbrunnen valley. Very quiet area with some nice walks off into the fields. The restaurant food was excellent.

Cons:

No kettle in the room but that seems common in Switzerland.

A fabulous room with a view
Pros:

Loved the room with a view. I had booked the single room with Jungfrau Panorama view and it was totally worth it. It was very hot in early August so I stayed in on 3 days, with my book and the view.
Dinner at the restaurant was great!
A lovely family run business. They made sure I got a table out on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. Loved the ladies who were serving. Most of them are middle aged and very friendly.

Cons:

It is at one end of the village which is why the great view. One can walk to the train station but as I had a knee problem, I ordered a taxi each time (chf 20).
The room was great for a single person but the shower had a step up. It was not a problem for me but a person with serious mobility issues should point it out beforehand.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel, hat alles was man braucht. Mir hat besonders gefallen:
- großes Frühstücksbuffet mit hoher Qualität der Speisen
- Wäscheservice - war Gold wert für mich. Hatte nach dem Wandern viele verschwitzte Sachen die mir gewaschen wurden

Loved it.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Traditional swiss vibe. Great view. Pick & drop from the station was a big plus as its a bit of a walk from the train station.

Cons:

A little smile from the front desk lady would be lovely.

Superb views from room balcony and hotel restaurant terrace. Excellent breakfast included with room. Dinner in the restaurant is worthwhile at least one night. They have a creative chef using local seasonal fresh ingredients.

Pros:

Staff very helpful, kind and sincere. Breakfast very good. Clean and rooms well serviced.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a clothing drying rack, only option otherwise is paying a hefty laundry service to get clothes washed. Also shower in boys room going from hot to cold continually, they had to come to our room to shower. Could really have a small fridge in each room, im sure many people would arrive with cool drinks, alcohol and water, as we did.
