Hôtel dit "international" qui conviendrait aux personnes qui ne cherchent pas un logement chaleureux
Pros:

Les chambres & la propreté ainsi que le SPA, l'emplacement à côté de la gare est également pratique.

Cons:

Avoir du personnel plus chaleureux qui parlent la langue de la région serait un minimum...le lieu est également sans âme malgré son histoire...un comble pour une institution telle que le Silberhorn ! Un effort pourrait également être fait sur le petit déjeuner qui était assez fade et manquait de choix.

Ideal hotel in Wengen
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Room refreshed daily. Tea and coffee with kettle in room. Good range of breakfast foods. Very clean and with a killer view of Jungfrau. Add in a stones throw from station and it's perfect for a stay in the Jungfrau region.

8 days - very happy and successful break
Pros:

Very good location.
We had a balcony and a Jungfrau view.
Breakfast was a buffet - predictable but efficient and good

Cons:

The bathroom in our room didn’t have a fan (or if it did, it wasn’t perceptible)

Highly recommend this lovely hotel!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Silberhorn. It is very comfortable with all amenities you could need, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also very close to the train station which is convenient. Highly recommend it and the lovely town of Wengen.

Das Personal war freundlich das Zimmer sauber,

Cons:

Dass wir an der Reception nicht in Deutschland auscecken konnten der Mitarbeiter konnte kein Deutsch und wir kein Englisch. Wir fühlten uns im eigenen Land als Ausländer.

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt, schade sind wir nur eine Nacht geblieben!
Pros:

Top Lage, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist genial und bis 10.30 Uhr auch für Langschläfer geeignet.

Cons:

Schade, dass bei der Ankunft der Receptionist nur Englisch gesprochen hat.
Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten nebenenander. Leider sind die Betten auf dem glatten Boden sehr schnell auseinander gerutscht. Es wäre angenehm, wenn die beiden Betten zusammen fixiert wären.
