Location great, staff member extremely rude and no clear instructions of breakfast procedures!

Cons:

There was no organisation around breakfast time. We sat at a table and nobody approached us we had to figure out for ourselves what to do. We approached a member of staff who was having a coffee behind the bar and asked how we ordered breakfast and was told “I don’t start my shift until 9.00am you will have to wait for another member of staff! It was 8:50 and don’t stand behind the bar then and don’t be so rude to a paying customer!

Lots to like but overall a bit disappointing for price paid.
Pros:

Breakfast/ brunch a bit overpriced

Cons:

The room, although tiny, was nicely presented and felt good quality. However in the morning we discovered there were zero teabags - a disaster for us! That evening we came back to find the room hadn’t been serviced which was very disappointing for the price paid.
Staff were very pleasant and tried to rectify things. However, on no day was the bed made, etc, which at these prices it should be.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut um in der Stadt shoppen zu gehen und um nach London zu kommen.

Cons:

Der Geruch, der aus dem Badezimmer verströmte roch nach Reiniger und Chlor....ging auch nicht weg, wenn die Lüftung stundenlang eingeschaltet war.
Die Sauberkeit wäre noch zu verbessern.
Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war auch speziell.

Super friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Fab breakfast.

Cons:

Great room size but the room was warm but tbh thats more to do with the heatwave rather than the actual hotel. Maybe bigger fans would be all to help that.
