Pros:

Es ist schon ein bemerkenswertes Haus, aus dem man nach dem Frühstück herausgeht und sich denkt, wenn der Tag so begonnen hat kann er nur ausgezeichnet werden. In sicher mehreren hundert Hotels in meinem Leben übernachtet. Das ist eins wo ich wiederkomme werde.

Cons:

Das Bett war ein bißchen hart für meinen Geschmack. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Frühstück sehr gut, Abendessen sehr mangelhafter Service, nur kleine Speisekarte erhaltenmit sehr wenig Auswahl, bei späteren Gästen jedoch eine Karte mit viel besserer Auswhl, Fisch usw.Bei retourfragen keine Anwort erhalten.

The owner /manager Petra is an exceptionally nice,polite and kind lady .
Pros:

The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced .All the items on the breakfast buffet were fresh.The people at the buffet individually asked me if I needed an egg freshly cooked to my taste and I said no as I had plenty of other items to choose from.

Oberhalb von Wörgl gelegen mit schöner Aussicht und gutem Service
Pros:

Das Abendessen war sehr gut (tolles Wiener Schnitzel) sowie ein Rehbraten. Das Frühstück war sensationell. Sehr liebevoll und sehr aufmerksamer, nicht aufgesetzter Service.

Cons:

Check in erst ab 16.00 Uhr, aber das Hotel hat erst um 16.30 seine Pforten geöffnet. Wir waren etwas sauer darüber, man hat uns aber - sehr professionell - gleich zu einem Aperol Sprizz auf Kosten des Hauses eingeladen.

Happy staying in Worgl
Pros:

Location and building which is brand new and first class.

Cons:

Welcoming was a bit aggressive: if I wanted to have dinner, I was basically told to hurry as the kitchen would close at 8pm and I had arrived at 7pm. That way to communicate I would change to be kinder to the customer.
