Pros:

素泊まりでしたがアメニティなど揃ってるので良かったです。

Cons:

シャワー浴びてバスタブに浸かり　洗面台の下を見たら掃除はしてると思いますが、カビまたはサビなのか気になりました！

東北人は優しかった
Pros:

ホテルのサービス(利き酒とか稲庭うどんなど)は好感あります。コーヒーがいつでも飲めるのも良かったです。アイスも頂きました。朝食のレストランで、従業員さんが気軽に声を掛けてくれるのも、親しみが持てました。

Cons:

湯沢駅からちょっと遠い(徒歩8分くらい)暑い中歩くのが大変、でもタクシー乗るほどじゃないし。

良いとも悪いとも言えない。
Pros:

ホテルの規定時間よりも早くチェックインさせてもらえて、本当に助かりました。

Cons:

スーペリア　シングルルーム　マッサージチェア&アップグレードされたベット付きと書かれた部屋を予約しましたが、マッサージチェアが部屋の中に見当たらなかったです。

シャワー栓がイマイチ
Pros:

深夜は、館内の音が静かで、ぐっすり睡眠をとることができた。

Cons:

バスルームのシャワー栓のシャワーと蛇口の切り替えレバーの回転機構が固定できない不具合が起き、レバーを指で押さえながらでないと、シャワーが出てこないことが不満。

コンビニやスーパーがすぐ近くにあり便利だった．夕方の利き酒や麺のサービスは興味深かった．

洗面所の床がブカブカだった．エアコンの温度調整がイマイチだった．部屋の証明が薄暗かった．

くつろげました。
Pros:

朝食美味しかったです。すぐ補充もしてくれて、スタッフさんの感じがよかったです。
フロントや他のスタッフさんたち、穏やかな方たちでとてもよかったと思います。小さい子がいたのでベッドを快く
くっつけて頂いて（重いのに）ありがとうございました。

Cons:

お土産の袋、大きいのがなかったくらいですかね笑
