Hellen and Rebecca were wonderful, and gave some great recommendations and helped to book boat tours and transfers. The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was lovely, and the beach was under a minute walk away.

Pros:

Café da manhã bom e a recepção é bonita. As funcionárias da recepção são super simpáticas, prestativas e atenciosas.

Cons:

O quarto tem muito cheiro de esgoto. Pedi para resolverem o problema, mas mesmo assim o cheiro péssimo de esgoto vindo do banheiro durou por duas noites inteiras. Quartos úmidos demais e pequenos demais. Localização muito ruim - longe do centro e precisa subir uma ladeira bem grande para chegar. Não vale a pena.

The staff is very helpful and cheerful! We wanted to watch a football game in our room and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it happened for us. We also enjoyed the sense of community when we met people at breakfast and watched a game with other guests in the community room.

A atenção e atendimento dos funcionários em especial a Helen. Mesmo sendo um pouco distante do centro, para quem gosta de menos tumulto, como eu é maravilhoso. Voltarei com certeza !
