Pros:

Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich Mühe gegeben. Dafür möchte ich mich bedanken.
Leider war die Organisation des Hotels nicht gut. Es gab einige organisatorische Probleme, die unseren Aufenthalt unnötig erschwert haben. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Hotelleitung die Abläufe verbessern, damit die Mitarbeiter ihre Arbeit besser machen können und die Gäste einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt haben.
Deshalb möchte ich keine schlechte Bewertung für das Personal abgeben. Meine Kritik richtet sich vor allem an das Management und die Organisation.

Could have spent a little more for a more comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location is amazing. The staff is very good and really helpful. Cleanliness is top notch.

Cons:

The air conditioning system is a mess. Spent 5 nights in the hotel in 3 different rooms. Horrible air conditioning setup.

Clean, soundproof, spacious, fully dark room with closed windows

Cons:

One very thin blanket, uncomfortable and cold. Had to add my towel, a airplane blanket and the provided towels to get warm

Konum, konfor ve personel çok iyiydi, ancak oda temizliği yetersizdi.
Pros:

Otel benim için mükemmel bir konumdaydı. Oda oldukça genişti, her şey yeniydi ve çok kaliteli yapılmıştı. Odada kozmetik ürünler ve su da mevcuttu. Otele tek başıma konakladım ve kendimi çok rahat ve güvende hissettim. Oda balkonluydu ve oldukça ferahtı. Personel çok nazik ve profesyoneldi, personele 10 üzerinden 100 puan veriyorum.

Cons:

Oda tamamen yeni ve konforlu olmasına rağmen ne yazık ki temiz değildi, bu yüzden kıyafetlerimle uyumak zorunda kaldım. Yatakta ekmek kırıntılar ve siyah kıvırcık saçlar vardı. Zemin kirliydi; beyaz terliklerim odada sadece bir saat kaldıktan sonra siyaha döndü.
Banyo ise temizdi ve bu gerçekten hoştu; geniş duş alanı ve ayna kusursuz derecede temizdi. Sanki sadece banyonun temizlendiği izlenimine kapıldım.
Otele, oda temizliğinden sorumlu personeli değiştirmelerini ya da temizlik sürecini daha dikkatli denetlemelerini tavsiye ederim.

Good value for money!
Pros:

The location is very good. 5 min by foot to the beach, cafe, 15 min to the market. The only problem is that the windows face a busy street. In my opinion, this is not a problem. But some people might find it noisy.
WiFi is good. And there is a chair and a table suitable (I'd say even comfortable) for work.
The bed is comfortable enough.

Cons:

The plumbing isn't new, but everything works.
The rooms themselves also ask about a little cosmetic renovation.
