The Hotel is a surprisingly expansive and multi-tiered spread of amenities and beautiful gardens down the hillside from the main road to Armenia from the airport. Pool, jacuzzi, small playground lead to the open-air gym, lounge with games and TV, and a large pavilion restaurant.

It’s definitely a location built for hosting large parties and gatherings like a wedding but was relatively low occupancy during my stay which made it quite peaceful. They upgraded me to a larger room with a big jacuzzi tub gratis, let me extend my staff at a discounted rate at my plans changed last minute, and allowed me a very late checkout for a late afternoon flight.

The staff were so nice and act like a great team. My Spanish is so-so at best and they were patient and easy to chat with. You’ll see them laughing and eating meals together at the restaurant. Every interaction from the first messages on WhatsApp to check-in, meals, and asking for help looking for a lost item made me feel really cared for in a way formal hotels or resorts never do.

El personal muy amable ! La comida y el desayuno abundante y exelente! La habitación muy cómoda, rica la cama y todo muy limpio. La ubicación muy conveniente! Se agarra transporte fácilmente. Cerca al aeropuerto y también al centro. Recomendado!!

El servicio de limpieza fué muy malo en la habitación, tuvimos que pedir que sacarán la basura porque en los días de estadía no asistieron a realizar limpieza a la habitación. La piscina también estuvo bastante cochinita.

primero nos ubicaron a 7 personas en una habittacion supuestamente con tres habitaciones y un solo baño PARA SIETE PERSONAS,
Segundo una supuesta habitacion de una cama bien angosta llena de hormigas informamos y fueron y fumigaron. primero el peligro de la fimigacion yn segundo seguia llena de hormigas conclusion nadie durmio alli
Tercero el baño con una tremenda tina que tocaba tener mucho cuidado se podia uno resbalar y caer ibamos varios mayores de 60 años
cuarto no tienen closets esto es muy incomodo
y del 30 al 3 de enero que estuvimos nunca cambiaron toallas.
Falta aseo en esas habitaciones esa tina no daban ganas de nada nos toco bañarnos por necesidad
los televisores dificiles de manipular si se prendia no se podia cambiar
el aire acondicionado no serviva

El personal es muy cálido y preocupado; las instalaciones debe remodelarse por ejm en la habitación la ojera de baño terrible; paredes baño viejos sin remodelar y olor a moho
La piscina nunca se pudo utilizar y se veía sucia y poco confiable
