Pros:

It oozes class, every staff is amazing, everything is clean, the history and ambience of the hotel are once in a lifetime. The breakfast is fantastic

Cons:

It’s very small but still uses paper straws, who are we kidding with them. For many from USA and Europe plastic straws are a luxury in Thailand. Only mentioning since drinks, even a coke is more expensive than other places

An exceptional hotel with outstanding service, beautiful views and a truly memorable experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a unique atmosphere and one of the most stunning views of the Chao Phraya River. The room was exceptional, very comfortable and thoughtfully prepared.

What impressed me the most was the level of service. The team is highly professional, attentive and genuinely cares about every detail. All of our requests were handled with care, and everything was arranged beautifully.

This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and Mandarin Oriental as a brand continues to deliver an outstanding experience.
