Very cozy, not much facilities, breakfast was okay,
No restaurant, no bar, group of men in car park looking in car windows, speaking Arabic, trying to intimidate people late at nite
My mother has limited mobility, and they provided us with a room on the ground floor with a suitable bathroom. The staff was very friendly and really helpful. We were staying for one night and it was perfect for our needs.
The room was very warm, and there was no air conditioning. We did find a fan, which was helpful.
The bed was very cosy very impressive

Beautiful hotel with nice clean rooms and lovely restaurants to eat in.. the food in the restaurants was so nice and the included breakfast was delicious too. All staff menders were so polite and friendly.

Like everything about Balmoral. This is the second time we have stayed here. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant food very good and reasonably priced. All the staff very helpful and friendly. Like the friendly social aspect of this place. Breakfast great . Excellent choice.

I must say the manager Sean was brilliant . Such a pleasant man, best person to work at the front desk.The ladies working in the breakfast restaurant were nice too.

*Next door people made so much noise in the middle of the night and could be heard in our room the 2 days that we stayed. Noises about them talking and laughing loud could be heard in the toilet as well, which made the stay some bit unpleasant
