Staff at front desk lovely

Cons:

Carpets not clean anywhere. I was upgraded to a double room, and told it was a quieter part of the hotel. However it was on at the main road and car park side. Noise all night.
Fan in bathroom screeched when light turned on
Breakfast food not good at all
First bed mattress needs to be replaced terrible
Tried 2nd bed it was ok but not great

Pros:

Good hotel close to city but with parking. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and friendly. IF travelling with a car its a good place to stay. There are buses to city centre (Queens St.) right outside the door.

All was good.
