Good location - hotel needs work
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible - always out of dishes and they don’t replace, even when there is one hour left. The breakfast staff didn’t seem interested at all! Front desk were rude and cold. Cleaning lady kept walking in our room without knocking. More like Faulty Towers.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially to those who prefers central location!
Pros:

The biggest and most important advantage of this hotel is the LOCATION! It is right in the center of Bishkek, only a few blocks away from TSUM, GUM and Ala-Too square! The Globus supermarket is only 2-3 minutes walking distance. Plenty of eateries nearby. City buses on Chui Avenue are available to any part of the city.
The check-in was smooth and quick. The hotel doesn't provide free cancelation, but prepayment also didn't work for me through Booking. So I needed to pay on arrival. The woman on reception asked me to change the room type from single bed to double bed, despite I booked a single bed room. But I said that I prefer one big bed, because I travel alone.
The breakfast is buffet style. It is quite diverse with lots of types of food which is fresh and deliciously cooked. Very-very nice! I really enjoyed it!
The room is great. Tea, coffee, a couple bottles of water are provided.

Cons:

I didn't like the noise. If somebody from the neighboring room is sneezing or coughing - you can hear it! If somebody is watching or listening something on TV - you also hear it! There's also noise from the corridor. I think soundproof should be better, but I think it's not an issue if you want to stay for 1-2 nights max. The location really pays off!

Pros:

Save your money for another hotel!!
Pros:

Good breakfast

Cons:

We had to go to the reception two nights in a row because of other hotel guest singing screaming and drinking in the breakfast area. One night we even had to go twice and other guest complained as well. The people at the reception did not do anything about it and did not apologize. We did not pay this amount of money for two bad nights in a row!

Goede locatie, prima bedden.

Cons:

Geen airco op de kamer. Ventilatiesysteem werkte niet op. Douche overstroomd snel. Voor Westerse begrippen matig ontbijt.

Pros:

По соотношению цена-качество хорошая гостиница. Чистые свежие номера, все оснащение новое и исправное. Отличный завтрак. По нашей просьбе нас угостили бесплатным кофе при заселении.

Cons:

Пришлось проявить небольшую настойчивость для получения акта выполненных работ, но в итоге всё получилось. Звукоизоляция в номерах слабовата, но с соседями повезло.
