On the whole we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Lovely location overlooking the lake. Easy walk to the centre. Good size room but bit run down needs updating.

Cons:

Better choice for breakfast. They didn't replace items that had finished especially the morning after there was a wedding.

Pros:

Приятный, европейский куррортный отель. Гостиница находится в очень удобном месте, прямо на берегу озера . С террасы в номере и с общей террасы очень красивый вид на озеро. Красивая территория. Всё в Больсене в пешей доступности. До старого города идти минут 10. Чисто. Хороший завтрак. Отличный кофе. Удобная стоянка. Очень приятный персонал.

Cons:

Мы были начале октября, так,что это было терпимо, но в жаркие месяца это может быть серьёзной проблемой. Кондиционирование централизованное, не особо работало. Приходилось открывать окна на ночь . На окнах нет сетки так что результат очевиден. В комнату залетают насекомые . Но возможно это было временная проблема. На ресепшен нам пытались помочь, но ничего не изменилось.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer 55 hat man ständig die Spülung von den oberen Zimmern gehört!! Dies war speziell am Abend und in der Früh wirklich störend!

Soggiorno tranquillo e molto piacevole con il lago a pochi metri.
Pros:

Posizione incantevole fronte lago. Piscina molto bella contonata da gazebi con tendaggi per gli ospiti. Parcheggio privato nell Hotel

Cons:

Tutto ok, forse la colazione un poco banale ma prodotti buoni.

Die Lage ist direkt am See, sehr schön. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber, gute Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung wirkt von Stil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir freuten uns nach einer anstrengenden Anreise auf den Pool, dort angekommen, sollten wir vor Benutzung des Pools noch eine Badehaube für 3€ kaufen, sonst ist eine Poolbenutzung nicht gestattet! Wir haben dann auf den Pool verzichtet und haben uns im See abgekühlt....

Non era specificato che, per l’uso della piscina, era obbligatoria la cuffia, che poi abbiamo dovuto acquistare presso l’albergo ! Se lo avessimo saputo, l’avremmo portata da casa !

Soggiorno consigliabilissimo.
Pros:

Ottima scelta. Villa d'epoca in riva al lago fornita di tutti i confort moderni. Grandi spazi esterni arredati con accuratezza e buon gusto. Vicinanza al centro e al porto (10 minuti a piedi). Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima cucina. Servizio ai tavoli condotto con professionalità, competenza e affabilità da Samuel. Molto graditi i suoi consigli e suggerimenti che ci hanno fatto apprezzare ancora di più l'organizzazione della struttura.
