Ein guter Aufenthalt in Bozen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr familiär, sehr freundliches Personal. Aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Pool war super, ist allerdings ein Aufstellpool und kein eingebauter, dennoch sehr groß und für eine Abkühlung ideal. Zimmer war okay, klimatisiert. Parkgarage ist dabei und relativ groß. Frühstück war gut. Auch ein Whirlpool im Garten. Blumenpracht und viele Sitzgelegenheiten und eine süße Katze. Getränke kann man jederzeit bestellen und werden serviert. Spa Bereich ist vorhanden. Sehr ruhiges Ambiente. Preis okay. Alles sehr sauber und hygienisch.

Cons:

Restaurant ist leider momentan geschlossen, das wurde nicht angeführt. Da das Hotel unmittelbar neben einem Industriegebiet gelegen ist, ist die Auswahl der Gastronomie nicht im großen Maße gegeben. Man fährt ca 20 Minuten mit dem Bus in die Altstadt. (Es gibt jedoch eine nahe gelegene Bushaltestelle, ca alle 10 Minuten geht ein Bus in die Stadt.) Der Föhn im Zimmer ist leider sehr schwach und unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel durch den Balkon darüber.

Pros:

Schöne Hotelanlage (Innenhof), freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr gut schallisolierte Fenster, Tiefgaragenplatz ohne Zusatzkosten. Unser Zimmer ging auf die laute und verkehrsreiche Strasse - nichts für Leute, die gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem. Blick auf einen Soldatenfriedhof - das war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Innenstadt nur mit Bus erreichbar, der fährt aber sehr häufig.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist weitestgehend charmefrei. Keine Gegend, wo man abends noch ein bisschen herumschlendern möchte.

Ich konnte leider nicht alle Angebote nutzen. Aber alles drin, incl Tourismus Karte. Restaurant Angebote und Empfehlungen. Wellness. Quick Pool. War schon stark. Fahrrad wird weggeschlossen. Frühstück deutsch und italienisch.

Ich kann jetzt nichts zum meckern finden.

Værelset var ok og rent. Værten var charmerende

Cons:

Der var ingen elevator og vi fik værelse på 2.sal. Balkonen var en kvist indbygget i taget kun lige med plads til 2 stole. Den lovede bjergudsigt skulle man op at stå for at se Morgenmaden var sparsom. Der var skrevet at der var åbent fra 11 til 23 men det var ikke tilfældet vi kom hjem både til middag, midt eftermiddag og først på aftenen hvor der var lukket så der var ingen mulighed for at købe vand eller andre drikkevarer eller benytte toilettet i stueetagen

Pros:

Meget hjælpsom personale, vi boede i den nyrenoverede del, så værelset var fint.

Cons:

Vi havde fået et værelse i stueetagen med udsigt til en hæk og lige ud til vejen, så der var en del støj og så manglede der udluftning på badeværelset, så der var meget fugtigt når man havde været i bad.
