Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Kregen een pas voor gratis openbaar vervoer en ook de gondel voor de regio. Opstappen voor hotel en met 10 minuten in centrum van stad. Bozen is super leuke stad. Heerlijk ontbijt en erg netjes en ruime kamer.

Cons:

Voorzijde hotel aan ongezellige straat maar aan de kant van binnentuin lijkt het een heel andere wereld. Gezellig en merk je daar niets van.

Ganz toll!
Pros:

Der Empfang war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam! Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, aber auch die Interaktion beim Frühstück und Check Out war super!

Zentral gelegen und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Sehr praktische Tiefgarage. Toller Saunabereich, feines Frühstück mit allem was dazu gehört. Die Hotelchefin ist super freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, sie.rundet die Wohlfühl Atmosphäre perfekt ab!! Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

Zona spa molto carina, purtroppo qualcuno prima di noi ha rovinato la zona e quindi era mezza coperta e non del tutto utilizzabile

Cons:

La posizione sulla strada, le pareti sottilissime si sentivano i vicini di stanza in bagno, la stanza anche di giorno completamente buia per via di una tapparella tenuta intenzionalmente semi chiusa

Tisztaság volt és szép a kert.

Cons:

A szoba régimódi, de ez nem lett volna gond. A reggeli nagyon szegényes, másnap kirakják a megmaradt ételeket is. Étterem állítólag van, de gyakorlatilag mégse. Elvileg franciaágyasként hirdetik, de csak össze vannak tolva az ágyak.
