Schöne Lokation, Frühstück: verbesserungsbedürftig

Cons:

Frühstück: man setzt mich als Einzelperson an den ersten Tisch mit Blick zum Buffet und zur Küche und stellt sich direkt daneben und redet laut. Mehr als ungemütlich. Ich habe mich dann am Tisch auf die andere Seite gesetzt mit dem Rücken zum Buffet. Man wünscht sich auch als Einzelperson zum Frühstück etwas Ruhe.
Die ital. Gäste haben sich hingesetzt wo sie wollten.
Personal steht nur rum, redet miteinander und räumt nicht ab. Aus der Kaffeemaschine kam nur Milch kein Kaffee beim Cappuccino. Nach dem Frühstück hatte ich dann danach Durchfall.

Für unserem Aufenthalt hat das Hotel gut gepasst.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage mit Seezugang. Unser Zimmer mit Seeblick war ein Genuss.

Cons:

Wir waren in der Nachsaison im Hotel. In dieser Zeit hat sich das Hotel anscheinend auf Reisegruppen ausgerichtet. Unangenehm ist uns das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück aufgefallen. Es machte einen wenig engagierten Eindruck.

Hotel molto bello in riva al lago. La stanza era ampia e fornita di tutti i confort previsti. La colazione al buffet, servita in un'ampia sala luminosa, era variegata e abbondante.
