Der Inhaber war superfreundlich, hat auch einen Room change möglich gemacht. Beershop direkt neben der Haustür!
Die Unterkunft liegt an einer kleinen Strasse, die vielen Motorrädern genutzt wird. Also verhältnismässig laut. Alle Zimmer mit Doppelbett liegen zur Strassenseite hin. Einige wenige mit zwei Betten zum Hinterhof.

The wifi was not great. The guy I talked to said this was temporary.

The ambience of the stay was very nice. Location wise it was perfect to roam around the beautiful patan.
The family running the hotel were excellent.
The room was big, bathroom couldve been cleaner and they let me check in early which was nice of them. He didnt make a fuss when I checked out a night early.
No AC in the room, they told me they couldn’t take card payments when they advertise they can,m. Lastly I asked the owner to help me with a day trip, he confirmed that I could go earlier than previously agreed by text, but then when I was ready to go he backtracked to the original time agreed, go which I wasnt impressed with.
Owner is super friendly. He carries big smile and alway offer to help. I can also keep my luggage in reception for full day. This helped me a lot. Location is very close to Durbar square (just 5mins walking distance). Area is safe for solo female traveler. The room is larger than I expected. I highly recommend this guest house. Worthy for money.
-A bit noisy in the morning because guest house is next to the main road to Durbar square. But since I needed to wake up early morning so it’s not a problem at all.
This guest house has two types of room. One is facing the road. Another one is facing the house with beautiful balcony. So if you are staying in another one facing the house, it maybe more peaceful and quiet.
Location is near by the Pātan durbar square so perfect for the stay. You will find everything near by in a walking distance. Every thing is so good here and the people are also kind and lovely. I would like to thanks them for making my stay perfect. Would recommend this place for people as well. Definitely you will like the place.
