Bello ma può migliorare
Pros:

Struttura buona per il prezzo pagato,ampio spazio verde le camere ben pulite

Cons:

Nota dolente lettino da campeggio per bambini (una cuccia per il cane era meglio)senza un materasso senza un lenzuolo adatto senza guanciale e per lo più un supplemento di 8 euro da pagare

Migliorabile ma non ci lamentiamo
Pros:

Ognuno racconta ovviamente la propria esperienza, partendo dai propri parametri.
Un dato indiscutibile da cui partire, per potere fare una valutazione più obiettiva possibile è il prezzo pagato.
L'hotel è decisamente economico rispetto ad altri (che erano una 20-30 euro più costosi, ovvero +50%).
Partendo da questo, chi accetta quel prezzo è consapevole che non troverà portantini con la sedia gestatoria all'accoglienza.
Detto questo l'hotel ha una buona posizione logistica a 15 minuti di camminata dal centro con possibilità di posto auto (anche coperto se si trova libero, oppure scoperto).
La stanza è con arredamento molto scarno e bagno grande ma con i pezzi (wc e bidet) disposti talmente male da renderlo paradossalmente scomodo.
Il personale lo abbiamo visto cordiale, attento e disponibile.
Personalmente ho riferito al titolare (o gestore dell'hotel) che è un peccato che il giardinetto intorno con tavolo da ping-pong, calcio balilla, e qualche gioco per bimbi non risulta curato.
Il tutto conferisce alla struttura un aspetto di hotel 3 stelle ma decadente.
💰Andrebbero investiti sui 20 mila euro per rilanciarlo (e lì l'imprenditore fiuta il vento economico e capisce se conviene o non conviene).
Colazione ottima e abbondante. Nessuno sorvegliava i clienti l'importante che i clienti non siano orde fameliche di cavallette che rubacchiano 3 yogurt in più o 5 pacchetti di fette biscottate e via discorrendo...
Ritengo personalmente che tutto compreso (a partire dal prezzo) il valore in stelline è più vicino a 4 che non a 3,5 e spero vivamente in intervento del proprietario 💪altrimenti a lungo andare l'hotel arriverà a 3 stelline e sarà destinato a chiudere baracca.

Staff gentile e disponibile, buffet a colazione ricco

Cons:

Bagno da ristrutturare, doccia praticamente inesistente attaccata al muro senza piatto doccia, cabina o altro, si allaga tutto e l'acqua contro la porta di legno causa muffa che risulta ben visibile
