Good hotel but noisy if room faces main road
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The location is convenient for exploring the area.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a main road. Our rooms faced the road, and it was impossible to keep the balcony door open because of the constant traffic noise. However, once the balcony door was closed, the rooms were completely quiet, and no noise could be heard from outside.

Tetszett a családi szoba tágassága, így nagyon kényelmes volt gyerekkkel.

Nagyon tiszta és rendezett volt a szálloda

Cons:

Autópálya lehajtó mellett helyezkedik el a szálloda így kissé hangos volt…ettől függetlenül nagyon kényelmes szálloda.

Wonderful staff and a great base for dolomites hiking.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful! Our luggage was delayed and the staff were so helpful trying to call the airline for us, he went above and beyond. It’s an excellent base for hiking in the dolomites with most popular hiking trails within 30-45 minute drive. The wellness area with the sauna and steam room was lovely after a big day hiking. It’s a little bit out of klausen but if you have a car it doesn’t matter. We would stay here again

A real gem !
Pros:

Everything was very clean, in great shape. Breakfast is amazing with lot of choices. Location is great to visit the area whether you're by car or public transports. Spa is wonderful.
