Nuotraukose atrodo geriau, nei realybeje. Lovos ciuziniai nesilaiko ant lovos.
Pats kambarys jau nusidevejes, dusui reiketu geresnio valymo.
Svecius reiketu ispeti, kad saldytuve esantys 2 buteliukai vandens yra mokami :)

Camera spaziosa e pulita, in pieno centro ma silenziosa , personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci ritornerei.

Nous y avons séjourné 3 jours .L'appartement est magnifique ! Hyper fonctionnel et très propre!
Le personnel est très sympathique
Petit déjeuner très bien
Entrée autonome avec tous les renseignements nécessaires ! Franchement parfait.
En ce qui concerne les commentaires négatifs concernant l'emplacement, il se trouve à 10-15 minutes à pied du centre de catane et alors certes, nous ne sommes pas le faste de catane mais plutôt dans un quartier délabré, mais pauvreté ne veut pas dire insécurité. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème et avons même apprécié d'être loin de la foule!

No soundproof, its like B&B, but location is great.

The location is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

1. There is no soundproofing.. you can hear everything from the corridor to reception! literally everything.
2. Its not a hotel, its like a b&b , so dont expect 24/7 reception or services.
3. in the Bathroom floor water stucks. they need to check these things.

No lo recomiendo si quieres descansar.
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena en la calle principal. Silencioso.

Cons:

No hay recepcionista 24 horas. Establecimiento antiguo, sin reformar y cutre. El baño es impresentable pero lo peor son los colchones que están hundidos, suenan al moverse y las almohadas son excesivamente duras. No se duerme bien. Lo recomiendo únicamente para una noche en la que no se necesite descanso.
