An old building at an excellent location
Pros:

Location. Closer to Boat jetty from where we can explore many islands around. There is siva temple nearby. Park is at a walkable distance. Marine drive is about 1.5 km.
Breakfast both in variety and taste was excellent

Cons:

The building and facilities looks old. Even carpet or flooring look dulll. Staff service at customer service desk is slow. They need to be faster. But their service response was faster. Bar hardly had almost lady visitors making it boring. They couldn't serve simple item like crispy corn
