Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Pokój oraz łazienka były bardzo czyste i zadbane. W łazience dostępne były podstawowe kosmetyki oraz komplet ręczników, co było dużym udogodnieniem. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje śniadanie – wybór potraw był bardzo bogaty, a wszystkie dania świeże i smaczne. Obsługa była uprzejma, a pobyt przebiegł w komfortowych warunkach. Z przyjemnością wrócę do tego hotelu i mogę go polecić innym gościom.

Tolle Location, deren Potential durch fehlende Motivation des Personals aber kaum realisiert wird
Pros:

Die Lage und Räumlichkeiten im alten Kloster sind super. Es hätte das Potenzial, ein sehr attraktives Hotel zu sein.

Cons:

Leider passt der Service und die Arbeitshaltung des Personals überhaupt nicht zum Anspruch, ein Viersternehotel zu sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eh schon mager bestückt, aber schlimmer noch: wenn um 9 Uhr die Hälfte der angebotenen Zutaten ausgegangen ist oder Teller fehlen, fühlt sich das Personal nicht bemüssigt, von sich aus etwas zu unternehmen. Normalerweise gibt es nur Instantkaffee, weil das Personal keine Lust hat, den (vorhandenen) Kaffeevollautomaten in Betrieb zu nehmen. Beim Abendessen ist es ähnlich: Man hat etwas das Gefühl, dass das Personal schon eine normale Bestellung lästig findet, geschweige denn irgendwelchen speziellen Wünsch. Die Auswahl ist auch bescheiden. Bier gibt es etwas nur eine einzige Sorte. Schade, man könnte aus der tollen Location so viel mehr machen!!!

Super Lage, tolles Ambiente, gerne wieder
Pros:

Super Lage, außergewöhnliche Location in einem ehemaligen Kloster. Sehr nettes Personal welches gut deutsch und englisch gesprochen hat.

Cons:

Bett hat leider gequietscht, es gab leider nur eine Badewanne statt einer Dusche

Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Klosteranlage ist gut restauriert worden. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut. Trotzdem wirkt alles etwas kühl. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und liebevoll aufgestellt.
Zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Die Betten sin sehr schmal.

Pros:

Das Gebäude wurde sehr aufwändig restauriert. Da es sich um ein ehemaliges Kloster handelt, entsprechen einige Faktoren, z.B die Belichtung der Zimmer, natürlich nicht heutigen Standards. Das macht aber zum Teil auch gerade den Charme des Hotels aus. Leider steht vom ehemaligen Kloster nur noch der Westflügel; einige, wenige Mauerreste und die Ausdehnung des Grundstücks lassen die ehemalige Größe der Anlage erahnen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt.
Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück reichlich (Wurst, Käse, Rührei, gebratener Schinken, Müsli, Joghurt, Obst...) und gut. Bei den Brötchen und Croissants ist noch Luft nach oben. Im Restaurant waren wir zweimal zum Abendessen. Es war sehr lecker. Für Vegetarier/ Veganer vermutlich eher nicht so geeignet.

Cons:

Armaturen im Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Ein Dusche wäre toll (nur Badewanne mit Duscharmatur).

Tolle hergerichtete historische Stätte mit ruhigem Garten
Pros:

Schön gestaltetes Kloster und toller Garten hinten raus. Freundlicher Empfang 🙏

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mäßig 9.30 Uhr , wenig Auswahl- keine frischen Brötchen oä.
