Ralo do chuveiro entupiu e alagou parte do quarto. Cheiro de esgoto forte dentro do quarto, que, a princípio, foi resolvido, mas o problema ocorreu novamente. Água do chuveiro, pela manhã, não esquentava.

A cobertura ficou alugada para um pessoal barra pesada. Com muita droga, música alta e travestis. A farra so começava apos as 23h. Fiz reclamação e nao adiantou. A segurança é péssima.

O quarto é excelente.

Cons:

Não tem uma recepção, no quarto tem alguns pontos, como falta de um secador, sem um ponto de tomada próximo da mesa, pano de prato e uma pessoa para arrumar o quarto, fiquei duas diárias e ninguém se manifestou para perguntar o interesse.
