This hotel should be closed
Pros:

The only positive comment that I have is that it's across from the airport.

Cons:

Our flight was cancelled so we had to stay an extra day close to the airport. The price is expensive for Albania and the room was awful, not very clean, very old, you can hear all your neighbors, not well maintained hotel at all. This is a one star hotel. We spent a great an entire great week in Albania in beautiful 5 star hotels cheaper than this one.
