Перший раз відвідуємо місто і залишились задоволені від готелю. Зручне розташування, комфортні номери і всі зручності. В

Розташування добре. Колись був улюблений готель

Cons:

Було брудно, мені залишили жирне блюдце з шматками чогось на ньому, а на підковдрі залишили пляму крові. Не працював замок у ванній, я там двічі застрягла. Хоча минулого року в цьому номері я вже залишала скаргу, нічого зроблено не було, стало тільки гірше. В готелі брудно, в номерах пахне брудом, коридор дуже брудний. Ковролін в номері та в коридорі давно потребують чистки.?Враховуючи те, що за рік ціни відчутно виросли, а чистота і сервіс погіршились, ціна-якість більше не відповідають. На сніданках дуже дешева гірка і погана кава. Якщо раніше з чистотою було краще, то недоліки можна було стерпіти, зараз - ні. Іще з вентиляції постійно залітають комарі.
