We have stayed here numerous times and it never disappoints.
We were upgraded to one of the park residence rooms on this occasion.
The room was spacious, clean & well equipped with a view of Herbert Park.

Great location and a lovely hotel .
Cons:

I have stayed here before and the parking was free . So I was surprised at the added €15 at checkout.
