Fabulous food and superb staff
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and evening meals were absolutely delicious - we thought they were overpriced until we tasted them! Well worth the money. We were so impressed that we subsequently chose to return to the hotel for evening meals rather than eat out. Staff were AMAZING - friendly, warm, polite and helpful... any negative reviews about rude staff are out of date in our opinion/experience. Room was spacious and quiet. Surrounding area felt safe and leafy. We used the trains which were very convenient and run at regular times until late at night so it was easy to get into central Dublin and also to Howth on the coast. Ballsbridge is a fantastic location to stay. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The extractor fan in our bathroom didn't work so we were unable to vent steam/odours - thankfully we could open the window. Air conditioning didn't always hold our settings and turned itself on and off. TV reception was poor quality at times. None of this spoiled our stay which was overwhelmingly positive.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues

Première chambre :En face de l'ascenseur, un peu étriquée mais standard correct. La porte de la chambre pas très bien isolée. Puis la chasse d'eau s'est mese à fuir.
Bonne réactivité du personnel : chambre surclassée avec beaucoup d'espace. Merci

La baignoire à la place d'une douche.

our second visit and never disappoints
Pros:

We stayed in the residence section and it's our favourite hotel in Dublin. This is our second visit. The area is also amazing, lots of places to eat and beautiful area. Outside the city which is nice!

Very pleasant. Professional and friendly staff.
Pros:

I loved the location being quiet and green. Easy enough to use public transport into the centre.
We were upgraded to an apartment which was convenient as we were staying for 5 nights and could prepare a small breakfast in the room.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable but saying that I had a good sleep. So wouldn’t deter me to go back. If the hotel wanted to improve that it would be a 5 stars.
