Este excepțional.
Noi am stat in apartament si ne-a depășit așteptările cu mult.
De la sapunul de la baie pana la dimensiunea camerei si curățenia,
Probabil ca aceasta aripa a hotelului este noua, pentru ca totul, mobila mirosea a lemn nou.
Recomand cu mare caldura acest hotel.

Cons:

Zona de joaca pentru copii ar putea fi îmbunătățită, cu un leagăn si alte câteva jucarioare, dar per total este ok.

Excellent for a short business trip or city break.
Pros:

The hotel is very easy to reach by car from Sofia and the parking is ample if you're bringing your own car. The main building we stayed in is older but renovated - the rooms especially well refreshed with all the required amenities ( pictures reflect reality ). The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff quite friendly and helped with anything we needed. The pool & pool area is small but decent for a short trip if you want to relax. Breakfast area is nice and the breakfast itself is quite good; Good variety and tasty options with different sweet treats every day.

We had everything we needed. Overall it's a great place.

The hotel restaurant across the street has decent food and good service ( although spotty depending on the time you visit )

Cons:

The pool was QUITE cold, but after a while, just feels refreshing. The gym was a nice bonus but seems in need of a refresh, seems to not have followed the rest of the property renovation.

Excellent hotel, avec un très bon accueil, des chambres propres

Cons:

Parfait pour une nuit ou plusieurs pour rayonner aux alentours ou partir vers Rila :)

Pros:

Struttura posizionata ad una ventina di minuti di auto dal centro città. Camera assegnata grande e decisamente pulita. Il bagno seppur cieco altrettanto spazioso. Qualità del sonno eccellente sia per la posizione che per l'indubbia qualità dei materassi. La struttura e composta da due edifici distinti separati da un grande parcheggio riservato ai clienti. In quello principale, dove è collocata la reception, viene servita la colazione che per un hotel tre stelle è più che adeguata. Sono offerti una importante varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati. La piscina è piuttosto piccola ma gradevole nelle giornate afose. Di fronte un ristorante gestito dalla stessa proprietà, decisamente elegante, che offre una cucina sia locale che internazionale di ottima qualità. Personale cortese e gentile.

Cons:

L'unica criticità, soprattutto in caso di maltempo, riguarda la necessità di attraversare il piazzale che separa i due edifici per raggiungere la sala colazioni o la reception, qualora la camera sia stata assegnata nell'edificio secondario.

Pros:

We stayed for one night while in transit to another destination; we liked the pool, the restaurant—which offered good food at reasonable prices—and the on-site parking. The breakfast, although not very varied, is good. Very good value for money.

Cons:

A little more attention to cleanliness; otherwise, it was okay.
The location is a bit noisy at night due to traffic.

Personal foarte puțin cooperant. O experienta foarte neplăcută . Dintr o eroare am rezervat 4camere pentru 6 septembrie deși aveam nevoie pe 6 iulie. Am achitat rezervarea pe 6 iulie si am solicitat rambursarea banilor pentru 6 septembrie. Hotelul nu a fost de acord. E experienta foarte neplăcută si o atitudine necorespunzătoare nu recomand

Pros:

Het is een fijne plek wanneer je niet in de drukte van de stad wil overnachten. Het was een fijne kamer met voldoende ruinte en erg schoon. Er zitten een paar restaurant en kleine supermarkt op loop afstand. Voor het stadscentrum moet je wel een taxi of de auto pakken.

Cons:

De koelkast in de kamer deed het niet erg goed.
