I had a challenging situation, but Mr. Muhammad, the hotel owner, handled all my concerns with understanding and professionalism. He took all my comments into account and resolved everything at the highest level. I am especially grateful to him for his personal involvement and the time he spent with me. I recommend this welcoming hotel to everyone, and I want to point out that the staff and the owner himself are taking every measure to address any shortcomings and further improve the service. the apartment look so old and not so well maintained.
water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. This was not just inconvenient but also made basic activities like taking a shower quite challenging, staff were very unhelpful.
Room smelt bad. Shower did not work properly
